    Brooklyn Kayak Company is the best. We purchased our new kayak this year, after researching several brands. Our kayak was delivered to us after traveling across the **. It was personal service at its finest. The support was just as good. I had an issue with seats. Without any hesitation, they shipped out replacements, to fix the issue. If you are looking for a great company with outstanding customer service. They always reply to your messages in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Brooklyn Kayak Company to anyone.

    I have purchased two kayaks from them. I can not stress enough the importance or communication for anyone in business. They have gone beyond this, and even if you have questions not related to your order, registering, ect, they are quick to help. They are friendly, and take care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Great company. Awesome kayak! Cannot recommend my tk22 tandem fishing kayak and Brooklyn kayak company more. I have read most of the reviews from past year plus and they are either regarding shipping or customer service. Both were exceptional for me. I had no issues with shipping. In fact, I had to change shipping 3 times and *** had zero problems accommodating me. When my seat strap broke bc my heavy friend used it to push off to get out, bkc replaced the straps immediately, no questions asked. By the way, sometimes when you contact and interact with customer service you are interacting in person with the owner. They are a great company to do business with and their products are excellent. I could not be happier. You won't be disappointed

    Order was shipped quickly but lost during transit. **************** shipped out a replacement and asked me to send the lost one back if it makes it. Really helped me out since Im leaving for a trip next week.

    I have had nothing but great customer service from **********************. The *************************** single pedal kayak has been better than I could have hoped for. I needed a small thing fixed and the @help was able to resolve my issue immediately. Couldn't be happier.

    I love my Kayak. It is giving me the freedom to go out on the water and get the exercise my back prevents me from doing most of the time. I paddled and found it easy going. I have had a couple issues but the customer service as been right on top of it and so kind!

    I was experiencing a noise in my pedal drive and contacted ***** at ***. Received a quick reply and after reviewing the issue he is quickly shipping a replacement. This all happened in just a few days. Really pleased with their response time and resolving the problem. The PK11 kayak is working really great. Im pleased with my purchase and their customer support! ** ****** CT.

    Ordered by PK 10.5 kayak on 5/20. I believe it shipped on 5/23, neverthless it arrived 6/3 just as promised. (I've read about some arriving late) but not the case here. Shipping company contacted me upon departure as well as twice during transport. Kayak was even more awesome than I expected. Arrived intact, unscratched and completely as described. I also received a surprise accessory pack. My kayaking friends can't stop talking about it. I paid for this kayak, it was not a gift nor sent for a positive review in exchange. Communication with *** was quick, professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend *** and their boats, accessories and equipment. Big shout-out to *****!

    just now New The Team was very professional and presented great customer service with a on time delivery. I had a slight hiccup with hardware but they were able to help me solve the issue and get back on the water immediately. Ill definitely be suggesting *** to anyone interested in a great quality and reasonable priced yak. I got the 10.0 pedal kayak and I am not disappointed at all. Im able to stand comfortably and pitch my lures with ease, and zip through the water like nada.

    Dont believe the five-year warranty that they offer on the hull. My sons kayak developed the hole in the bottom after using it about two dozen times. Company wont make good on their warranty because they came up with supposed excuses as to why. Also, the same day, the clip that holds the pedal system in broke and an entire pedal fell off into the water. The kayak is about a year old and under their so called warranty. I dont believe any warranty that they guarantee. Because theyre offering me replacement parts at a discount or they are offering to recommend a repair kit. Obviously they dont stand by their warranty or their product.
