    As agreed to in Complaint #********, Clear Choice was to send me a check for $125 which is 1/2 of the damage they caused when they power washed the generator electrical panel on my house.To date, I have not received a check. I reached out to them to inquire when the check would be sent and I have not received an answer. I am not confident the check is going to be sent. Would you please step in and remind them that they agreed to send a check and that they need to mail it to me.If needed, please open another complaint.Thank you in advance.*********************

    Clear Choice power-washed my house along with the generator electrical panel which caused a circuit board to short out. Cost me $250 for an emergency service call from the electrician to replace it. I contacted them and requested a credit for the $250 and that they come back to clean my gutters. Was told that they were too busy so I asked that they reimburse me. I chased them for payment for a few weeks, and was finally told that the check is in the mail. When it never arrived, I contacted them again and was told they would drop off the cash at my house. That never happened. After texting them to say I was going to write a negative ****** review and file a complaint with the BBB because of the situation, they replied back with "May *** bless your soul". I would like to be reimbursed for the $250 I paid for the electrical repair which is why I am filing this complaint.

    *** had his generator serviced two days prior to my showing up to power wash his house. the service technician did not put the collar around the panel that prevents water from going into the panel so when we came to power wash water ending up going into the panel. I take half responsibility for the events because if the panel was sealed properly water would not have gone into the panel. I will offer to pay for half of the service bill since it was half my fault. I can write a check for 125 to *** if he agrees to it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Because of my BBB complaint file on 6/11/23 and your interaction with the vendor, Clear Choice Window Washing agreed to remit a check to me in the amount of $125 to cover the damages they caused

     

    I reached out to them for an ETA for the payment and have not received a response.

     

    Its been over 10 days since my last correspondence with the BBB and I am concerned as I have not received payment yet.

     

    Is there any way to contact them and remind them to send the payment?
