    We are very disgusted and worried about the quality of care Sheppard *********** is providing students in the area. To start my son had an issue with another student who constantly hits other kids on the bus. My son defended himself and then told the bus driver what happened and he asked if the bus driver can do something or tell the kids parents. The bus driver (Mr. **** response was that being he defended himself he wont say anything and then said out loud the last day of school he will pull up to the lake and let the kids fight because they wont get in trouble. I dont care if this was a joke or not, it was absolutely a stupid comment to make. Especially during these times and when my son went to a driver for assistance. After he told us what happened we called the bus service and thats when things got insulting and remarkably worse. We ended speaking with a ***** (******* who claims to be the highest supervisor available and she has a horrible attitude to start. She kept saying she couldnt hear myself and wife and sounded aggravated to begin with. We then told her what happened and her unprofessional pathetic response is Ill pull the tape but 9/10x the kids are lying. So after all this she basically said our son is a liar. Then when I told her she doesnt have to be passive aggressive she got mad and purposely hung up on me and my wife!? We called back and she was even more arrogant and then said she hung up on us bc we asked her to be professional and stop being passive aggressive. I would think being this his service is in the news for letting a student die on their bus and they are being sued that they would be a bit more empathetic and professional. Guess I was wrong. After she kept on with an attitude and admitted she hung up on us I insulted her back and she hung up again. She then called the bus driver who admitted to saying it and she kept blocking her number calling my wife. We asked to speak with owner and he never called. Hope he reads this.
