    If i could give less than 1 star I would. Extremely disappointed.I placed a custom order for custom M&M order for my daughter's graduation party, I had taken a a picture of her with the mascot of her college when we were down for a visit. I submitted my order and learned later by e-mail that the image of the mascot was copyrighted. I emailed back for clarification as this was a personal photo that I took but learned that the mascot was still considered copyrighted. I then decided to reach out to the marketing group of the college to see if they'd be willing to give a copyright release for me to use my own personal image with their mascot. The college replied back right away that they would be willing to do this, I just needed to supply them with a contact for the company name address and e-mail and then the details that I could fill in were the quantity and that they were going to be dispensed to me for a one-time authorization. I emailed M&M right away and forwarded the e-mail only to receive a reply back stating that since I had not resolved my copyright issue that my order was cancelled, when clearly you can see that I was trying to get this all to work out. I then called customer service and was told that there's nothing that they can do, and they won't accept the copyright release from the university, I then asked to speak with the manager that basically told me the same thing and that it's their policy. I explained to her that when you read their policy on their custom page it does not say anything in regard to not being able to print custom orders with authorization. Apparently, its implied within their policy. I would recommend making this clear and not just lawyer talk.I felt that this was handled very poorly and felt their e-mail replies were very robotic. was very excited about this order and now I'm very disappointed and honestly sit here very angry. M&M I will no longer buy from you. Big company that does not care.

    M&M's have always melted in my hand. Your slogan is, well, a blatant lie. They always have, and I bet it happens to everyone. Time for a new slogan. Hit me up and I'll help. Thanks,*******
