      Fraudulent Hotel **************** Denial I attempted to book a stay at Extended Stay America (******** area) through Nuite / Hotelogical. The reservation was marked "unconfirmed", and I received no confirmation email, text, or record in my account. However, I was charged twice, and only one charge was refunded.After contacting both Nuite / Hotelogical and Extended Stay America, they shifted responsibility back and forth, with neither taking action. The hotel has no record of my booking, which raises concerns about whether the charge was ever processed legitimately.Further research suggests that Hotelogical, Nuite, and BestHotelDeals may be part of a network of booking sites that make refunds nearly impossible, using a system that lacks transparency and accountability. Their practices resemble fraudulent operations, trapping consumers in endless loops without resolution.Attempts to Resolve the Issue Contacted Nuite / Hotelogicalno resolution.Reached out to Extended Stay Americano booking record found.Directed to ****************************************** but no direct action taken.

      I was told get money back and company wants me send bank account bank record no no they can credit card back I told manager next morning about roaches all over room the roaches were not out lights on I went sleep lights out I awoke next morning and room had roaches ever where this red roof inn they said refund money than put back on my credit card I told manager that morning he said sorry they would have spray this crazy I want money back I should have endure that daylight check everything looks good then turn out light and there everywhere because come out at night not with lights or daylight I want money back customer service not getting bank records I like my refund

      I booked a hotel reservation with ******************** on/for February 2nd at 8:35pm. I arrived to the hotel 20minutes after to find no reservation had been sent to the hotel from the provider (best hotel deals). There were others in the lobby with the same issue, I waited 2hrs for a reservation to come through, which it never did. Woke up the next day to find I’ve been charged twice for a reservation they didn’t process. I reached out and last I heard was they were working on refunding me. It’s been more than 24hrs and I haven’t heard anything from them, or received my money back!

      I used Stayforless to reserve and pay for a hotel room, but when I arrived the hotel was full and unable to provide a room. When I contacted Stayforless they refused to refund the payment despite being unable to render the service.
