      They are a SCAM!! I booked with them on March 21st went to the hotel and they could t find me. I called and waited 20 mins to talk with someone. Then I request a refund because the hotel that I was supposed to be staying at rooms got full. I was told it would be 20 Business days for my refund yet nothing is in my account and its April 22nd. I called again waited 20 mins AGAIN to speak with someone and he tells me that it might be a problem. Like how do you guys make someone wait so long then come up with excuses on why I havent gotten my money.. SCAM SCAM SCAM
