Great service from AmWater Solutions My serviceman came in and went straight to work unplugging my bathtub He also recommended other work I needed done Im thankful to have these services I will ask for the same serviceman on my next jobAmerican Water Resources, LLC

This company was allowed to infiltrate themselves to customer by getting the *** ******************** Board to promote them on water bills. Thereby getting customers for easily .After reading so many negative reviews I am wondering how is BBB is still giving them and A+ rating. But after some research and under cover investigating I found out any business can pay BBB and get an A+ rating , Logo on you Site and sticker for your company vehicle.AWR stated that they sent me a reimbursement check on 7/14/22 and it will take 30 to 45 days for me to receive. No sure how the **** works but I am sure a mail does not take ***** days from ** to *** .I am planning on filing a complaint with *** Attorney General and "Channel 7 on your Side" If you would like to sign on to have these companies investigated. please contact me.American Water Resources, LLC

We have the Water Line Protection, Sewer Line Protection, and In-Home Plumbing Emergency Program since 2011. In August 2018, we experienced backed up floor drain in the utility room and *** sent the plumbing company. The floor drain was snaked up to ***** feet and blockage removed. Then in September 2018, the plumbing company came out due to backed up floor drain again. The main line was rodded up to ********************************************************** June 2021, we again experienced flooding in the utility room; the plumbing company came out and found issue with the main line....front yard root blockage and recommended to install "6 in" clean out to cut and remove tree roots. In July, *** sent the plumbing company to take camera shots of the sewer line front stack. The technician even marked the front lawn with a metal pipe where the obstruction is located. This metal pipe sticking out on the front lawn pose a tripping hazard for someone mowing our lawn and children playing. Have not heard from *** since. In July this year, our air conditioner has been working constantly because of the hot weather, and we noticed the floor drain backing up and flooding the utility room. On August 1, we noticed the house is not cooling so we called for service. The technician indicated that the flooding damaged the air conditioner and furnace and repairing them will cost us more than $2,000 without guarantee that something might go wrong after. We decided to purchase new HVAC system, which was installed August 8. We're unable to turn on the air conditioner because of the clogged floor drain. Called *** emergency ************* sent out a plumbing company. After running water in the house for 20 minutes, the technician told us the problem of clogged floor drain is not covered by the *** insurance and we have to pay $195 to fix it, which we refused.American Water Resources, LLC

I am so frustrated right now. I have a slow leak, looks like its coming from the master bedroom bathroom. I know its leaking because I see the drip coming down the main pipe in the basement and there's water behind the toilet were the floor meets the wall. I just don't know what's leaking. I filed a claim on 5/6/22. That claim took 45 min's. to complete. On 6/17/22 I recd a text from Rotor-****** stating they will send a plumber out that day when one is available. After waiting most of the day I received a call from Rotor-****** stating someone cancelled the claim and they won't be coming out. I called AMW and they said they didnt know why it was cancelled and they would send someone else out and they would expedite it. NO ONE called NO ONE came out. I called AMW on 7/28/22 and was told they would look into it and call me back...Still NO one called. I called on 8/8/2022 (its been since 5/6/22 since I filed this claim). I was told they couldn't find any one to come out!!! are you serious!!!! They told me I could get a ************** would reimburse me. I asked if it had to be a certified plumber and the girl said no but in her conversation on how it works (could hardly understand her and she is talking real fast) she said to get a certified plumber. Again I asked if the plumber had to be certified and again she said no. Im not sure how this will go and if I will get reimbursed!!! I have protection on my in home water line and to the sewer. This company adds services without permission. It took me a year to realize I was paying for a service that wasnt requested. Dont be an idiot like me, pay attention to this company and what there billing for. Also, when you contact them they hang up on you. It took 5 phone calls before I was able to cancel. They all said was having a hard time hearing me that connection was bad. This Company is horribleAmerican Water Resources, LLC

Service stinks this company is a scam.Reached out to have something fixed and they sent their contractor who couldnt find anything. Once the water company came out to show them there must be something story changed.Now their story is (without any digging or inspecting) that the leak must be an an area not covered under their contract.Have been paying them for years through ********** American Water who is stating that they have nothing to do with the insurance other than being paid and sending out requests to add insurance.Now Im the one whom is having water turned off until I find another contractor to do the repair and pay out of pocket. The contractor of course stated if Im willing to pay them they would do the work but since the insurance is not going to pay for it I can give them a deposit and they will get right to it.In my opinion this insurance company is a SCAM SCAM SCAMAmerican Water Resources, LLC

I had a house fire and the insurance took 60 days to pay anything. I let my utilities fall behind during that 60 days as I had no money . The trash **** in my municipality is tied to my water so when I paid the water they wouldnt turn it on since I still owed on trash. Went the next day to pay trash, municipal called twice and sent the ok twice but they said they never received and it would take time . Called the next day a Saturday and they said the same thing. I told her that I was on 3 way with the municipality and she was basically condescending and said I was lying because there is no way if she was on 3 way they wouldnt turn it on. Asked for manager, only his voicemail was available apparently. No return call from manager . Called the next day, every call over 20 calls was a 45 min wait . Finally got someone and they apologized and said someone would be there in a hour. Ive been taking showers at truck stops the last week. I contacted AWR concerning a possible leak in the water line between the city's meter and my home ... a distance of roughly 400 ft. Even though it took several months to locate and repair the multiple leaks, AWR covered the entire expense. I am quite happy with the coverage provided by this company.American Water Resources, LLC
