I scheduled a service call and I cancelled it the same day due to my clogged drain pipe clearing on its on. That was a month ago and still waiting for the $50 co-pay I had to pay upfront before claim could be put through. Still waiting to be refunded! Was told it could *********** weeks!! First representative was very rude and disconnected me twice during scheduling. She also never put refund in! Had to call back a week later to get refund request in again! N

I would give them a zero stars. We have had two plumbers come to our home and both agree to the problem we are having with our water pressure as being corrosion to water line from the meter to the home. One of the plumbers was arranged by American Water Resources, LLC. We have written conversation between myself and Geneva @American Water Resources that Corrosion was covered. Their plumber came out and advised that there is no coverage. today. We purchased the Water and Sewer Line protection through Metro Water in *********. Their website shows pipe corrosion as being covered.They advised yesterday it was covered and today they are saying it isn't covered.American Water Resources, LLC

Worthless, called them because my air conditioning went out.. They said they would find somebody to come out and fix it. Waited 2 days. I called a local heating and air conditioning company, and was repaired in a hour. Now the wait for reimbursement. I still haven't been reimbursed for my furnace going out in February. This company is the bad representative of morals and ability to be called a company. I have lived at the same address for 32 years. The last 4 years they have been sending my **** to my address, however the name is not my name. I have repeatedly called for the change with no success. I have been promised that the change has been made. Then the next year it is the "Wrong" name. Today I called their office requesting to talk to their CFO. After hanging on the line, the call was cut off. I made another call, same thing. They have poor ability to run a business and an even worse ability for customer service. As a retired CFO, I am surprised and appalled.American Water Resources, LLC

I have been paying this insurance for a few years now and recently had an issue with a clogged drain leading out of the house. I called them on Sunday and by Monday I had a licensed, insured and completely knowledgable person here fixing the issue. They even put a drain cover over the outside drain to stop debris from clogging it. All of this done in less than 1/2 an hour. 100% reliable and truly appreciate the professionalism.American Water Resources, LLC

I had a couple of problems, and you guys didn't help me,you sent a plumber out and he cause bigger problems, cracked a pipe while unplugging the tub,I had to get a plumber on my own which cost me 385.00,the plumber that came had to unclog the tub and change the pipe that your plumber cracked uwhile trying to unclog the tub,I am very unhappy with this service, thinking about canceling. *******,AND ***************************American Water Resources, LLC

Had a crack in my sewer line, AWR accepted the claim and the repair was made in 3 weeks. My only complaint was with a lack of communication from the plumbing company 3DM chosen by AWR. Although the work was completed it would have been nice to talk to someone instead of getting emails you could not reply to and no one returned my calls.
