We've had to use the protection program three times over the past five years, and each time we received excellent service. The first time was ****************** Plumbing and the last two were ****** Plumbing. They both kept us updated, came on time, and did a perfect repair, quickly and professionally. ***************************** at ****** was the plumber on this visit and he went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved. A great asset to have in any company.The most important part of this program is that when you have an issue, you can a plumber to come at a fixed rate, rather than trying to call and get someone, and having to pay for an emergency call at a much higher cost. We highly recommend pay the small extra charge to have access to this service.

I was a long term customer and decided to cancel one my service. I called and did not get a good service. The rep was rude and hang up the phone and when I call back, another rep said they will have a supervisor call me but that never happened. They continue to charge my card although I told them to cancel my service. I was very frustrated. There are many other company out there. I will not recommend this company to anyone.American Water Resources, LLC

I am enrolled for AWR's coverage for monthly amount to be drawn electronically from my account. The first payment withdrew, but subsequently others did not and the account was suspended. I had no notice given whatsoever by telephone, email or otherwise. If I did not track my accounts I would not have known until much later. It took over two hours two resolve this by phone. I did nothing wrong. When I tried to fix my online account, a credit card was demanded. I am not going to give them that now. After reading reviews here indicating a decline in service and customer communications, I am very concerned, and am looking into alternatives.American Water Resources, LLC
