      Worry Free contract. We pay a lot for this so called service. Called for dishwasher not working. Person comes out and says has to order parts call when it comes in, wait a week, parts come in, call. When they arrive repair tech won't pull the dishwasher out, we need to prep it for repair, leaves. Read the fine print apparently, good thing I have a son who can help me get this ready. New tech comes out three days later. Opps, part THEY ordered is wrong, lets order new part and wait some more. Attitude like he's doing me a favor. SO I have to leave the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen for a week because they won't actually do anything but replace the part and since they ordered wrong part my inconvenience is my problem. Customer ********************** people attitude like they are doing me a favor answering phones.

      Worst customer ********************** l ever spoke to. I called them around 8:30pm cuz they cut my electricity due to a balance from previous tenants and with a straight she said to me, you are suppose to do this during the day not at 9pm lol she had the worse attitude l ever seen, she said she couldnt help me so when l ask her name she out me on hold and never pick up the phone again. I called again and someone else pick up and in about 30 min l have my power back on.

      HERE IS MY ISSUE:There were 2 separate amounts debited from my account and the amount is more than my equal payment plan, which is 224. My 1st question is: WHY? What has changed from the equal payment plan? If I use more than 224 than I pay when I recertify the *** and If I use less than than YOU (PSEG) credit my account. My 2nd question is: WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? It appears as if PSEG is stealing my money.

      Stay away from Pse&g worry free. Its actually you have a lot to worry. They are not able to fix any single appliances in my house. My appliances is high end and its about 10 yrs old. I called to fix my cook top for simple problem. They broke on of my burner and the technician said Ill order new one but unfortunately received a call the part is discontinue . I called for my oven they couldnt fix , my dishwasher couldnt fix and my refrigerator didnt work and when I called they sent my a technician that said you should change it because he couldnt fix it. I called and asked for different technician to come and look at my refrigerator and it was a simple fix then saved me from buying new one. Not all their technician at the same level. They also couldnt fix my A/C. I have been paying $103 monthly for last 8 yrs. I received one single repair. What a waste of my money. Stay away from PS&G worry not worry free.

      I have called PS and spoken to five different people just to request someone to check my meter, for two reasons the past 2 months my electric bill went from $90 to $180 a month plus my neighbor told me they saw somebody by my meter the month prior. I took a look at the meter and sure enough it was tampered. Four people told me somebody will contact me to schedule appointment and they never called me, then I spoked to a son of a b**** he started speaking to me like I was an idiot. And without even giving me a chance to request to speak to a manager or another customer ********************** The Jerk hung up on me. Very unprofessional!! very disappointed. I am more upset not fact that my electric bill went up but how I was treated. I am a paying customer. I am very polite & it takes a lot to **** me off ! and the last jerk off I spoken to was a real piece of shit! I really wish I got his name. PSE&G I highly recommend you hired people with customer ********************** experience. or teach how to properly talk to customers.

      Not so WORRY-FREE - for the second time, we have had to replenish refrigerant into our A/C unit. The first time we paid $900 for 7 pounds, the most recent we paid over $500 for 4 pounds. I now see that a 5 pound bottle of that exact refrigerant is available for $169. Since the labor cost is covered by our not-so-Worry-Free contract, it is entirely unreasonable to invoice over three times the retail cost. In fact, it very much resembles gouging.Trying to complain to their customer ********************** is useless, and their on-site technicians have no say in their pricing. In fact, not sure why I even bother leaving this review.

      PSEG Worry Free Program mishandled my stove repair. The technicians that came did not handle the problem appropriately and broke the appliance in its entirety. I had to then purchase a replacement, costing me $1400. PSEG only offered $100. This issue and any others relating to the utility SHOULD be escalated to the ** Board of Public Utilities if not properly resolved by the utility.Please submit all complaints relating to the utility here: **************************************************

      PSEG refused to fix an outage in ************ after storms caused a tree to fall and knock out power to my parents' house. This was in the middle of an intense heat wave. Terrible communication, no help whatsoever. PSEG has created a loophole that allows them to only do the work they want to do. "The homeowner is responsible for the weather head and down." Bunch of BS. They take your money for years and then when it comes time for them to help in a dire situation, they give the metaphorical middle finger. They were also slow to respond to all the downed power lines, putting the lives of my parents and those in the neighborhood in danger by taking their sweet time attending to the dangerous situations. Luckily, no one was killed due to their total lack of concern. A billion dollar company and they won't even fix a loyal customer's down line in a heat wave. Disgraceful.
