    I am in the process of reinstating my HHA Licence, and I have been trying for several weeks to get an answer as to why the website still shows Incomplete for my Skills Evaluation. First they told me to have the school upload it, which they did. Then they told me no, that it must be emailed to ******************** which the school did this on June 13th. I was told to call back in 2 weeks if my status has not changed. So today I called to see why, and the woman was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and someone took my information and told me to wait another 2 weeks for an update. How does it take 4 weeks to check an email!?I do not have the time to be waiting around anymore, as my unemployment runs out in 1 1/2 weeks. If I had know it would be this complicated to get reinstated, I never would have pursued this. I now understand why this field is in such desperate need of HHA's.I'd like to know if someone from the actual Board of Nursing, and NOT the call center, can finally tell me what is going on and get this resolved so I can have my license sent to me?License # ************

    My issue is with the Board of nursing. Ive been licensed for 20 years and recently theyve held my license for a misdemeanor offense from 30 years ago . Ive been months waiting for my discipline. I received an email I need to pay ***** dollars to release my license but not one person can tell me where to pay or how . Ive received 0 Information and have lost 2 jobs waiting on this Board . Its been 5 months
