    I signed a service agreement with RideAlongNow, Inc. for door-to-door transportation for my children beginning April 29, 2025. I wired payment in the amount of $624.00 on April 24, as requested.

    Despite multiple attempts to confirm service details (driver assignment, pickup times, and route logistics), the company failed to provide any of the agreed-upon services. I formally canceled on April 28 due to nonperformance. Since then, I have sent multiple refund requests. The company responded once to confirm the refund “would be processed,” but has failed to follow through. I have received no confirmation, timeline, or returned funds as of April 30, 2025.

    I am requesting a full refund of $624.00 for services not rendered. I have kept full documentation, including the service agreement, payment record, and all email communications. I also notified the school that recommended them. My bank is unable to retrieve the funds due to the nature of the wire transfer. This complaint is filed in good faith to seek resolution.

    Hired them back in May before the new school year to transport my son. I received a contract and was asked to pay the deposit and did. When I contacted them a week before school started asking them why I don't have any info about the driver, they are not asking me about schedule, they kept saying they will get back to me. ******* would include his "operations" team email and ask them to respond in the emails and they never did. This is a scam. They never transported my son. Have sent numerous emails asking for my deposit back and nothing. This company needs to be shut down. Will be contacting ******* of state regarding this company as well as the ***.

    I contracted with Ride Along Now to provide transportation for my child to and from school starting on 10/15/2024. They were very responsive in answering my questions, setting up the contract, and collecting money; however, they then stopped. I could not get anyone to call me - I spoke to the owner on the phone as I had his cell phone, he said he would call me back and never did. I texted him (it was an iphone through imessage) and he ignored it - it went through. I emailed every contact I had at the company multiple times asking for information. They never provided the driver name and a way to contact them. The didn't show up for the pick up on 10/15, not that I would have let my child go at this point as they are unresponsive. I submitted a fraud allert through paypal (which processed their invoice) and that finally got the owner to respond and all he wanted me to do was respond that I wanted to cancel the service (that way he can keep all the money and fight the dispute of charge saying I canceled the service - which I will not do).

    I reached out to Ridealongnow after finding them on the internet. I had a family situation cone up where I need transportation for my teenage son to and from a program that he was attending. I signed everything needed and set up the service and on the day the service was supposed to start 2/5/2024 no one ever showed up. When I reached out I was then told that there is a delay because getting a new background check for the driver. The owner demanded that he told me this but he did not. At this point I asked to cancel the service at which time I was told that I would receive a refund. I have then proceeded to sent emails asking for the status of the refund. Sometimes I was told it was on its way other times I was told that they need to reach out o there third party vendor to get information. Then finally I was told they were going to ***** me my refund, which I was told in the beginning was not possible even though that is how I paid them. Then on 6/27/2024 I received $500 of the $1270.00 I am owed and was told i would be receiving the rest in the coming days. I am now back to constantly emailing them looking for when I will receive the rest of my money>

    19 Sep 2023 - I was contacted by RideAlong via email where they mentioned the name of my daughter's school stating the Transportation options.
    27 Oct 2023 - We signed the document and made the payment.
    After the payment they stopped replying to our emails, will reply rarely after I ask them again and again when will they start the service.
    18 Dec 2023 - We decided to back out. They said Ok and said they will refund us.
    We have not received our money back yet. They say that they have sent check two times but never sent any proof. No tracking numbers etc.

    I have not received my money back till date.

    On February 28 I started working for RideAlongNow as a consistent driver for a new client of theirs. When signing the contract I was offered an hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and it was stated I would be paid on a weekly basis. Four weeks later, and several excuses I have still not been paid.

    I made arrangements for transportation for my grandson; after email inquiry, Ridealongnow stated that they could provide service, and requested an initial payment of $1752.21 which they debited from my account on 10/19/2021. After acknowledging that they could not provide the service, I requested a refund which they assured would be forthcoming. After numerous inquiries about the status of the refund to my account, I have had no response to date.

    I was contracted to ride share a student to and from school in August 2023 for the 23-24 school year. I submitted the weekly form provided detailing hours and mileage. I received payment on August 21, and September 1 & 15. Then nothing. The company then switched to Gusto, then OnPay, and that did not work. I wrote emails and received platitudes, but no money. On November 13, I received a payment sum that was far short of full payment for back services re-entered, with no detail of what it covered. I have continued to provide services daily. They now owe me in excess of $1100 for services through 30 November. The last day of December will be on the 13th, by then the receivable will be more than $1500. I have used my TripLog app to document the trips and invoice RideAlongNow, and have only received "We are working on it". I will continue to invoice them, but I am doubtful I will ever get my money.

    Ridealong provided a contract that they did not follow through on. They never provided service. When I asked for a refund, they said they would issue one but have not. After several requests for a refund, they have stopped responding and have not returned my money.

    I, and many other families in my community, paid RideAlong in advance for transportation services to bring our children from their elementary schools to an offsite after-care location in the middle of each weekday. The service was supposed to begin on September 7 (the first day of school). The service was not provided. Immediate outreach from parents was met by RideAlong and its CEO and President with defensive disregard for concerns. RideAlong and its CEO and President made repeated promises that the service would begin "tomorrow" or "no later than Monday" and various other promises that RideAlong issues would be fixed and the service would begin. Today, nearly a month later, RideAlong still has failed to provide my family with the transportation service we paid for and continues to make false representations that answers will be provided "today." Paid for a service, got a bunch of grief and defensive argument from the purported service provider, and received absolutely zero value.
