    Very unprofessional.They pay their contractors when they want.Never get pay stubs.they only Zelle u ur pay when they feel like it.The company is horrible.

    Horrible place to work for. Absolutely no communication between the driver and the HR department. If you have a question to ask they might answer you but they probably won't.It's a complete fight to try to get paid from these people. Paydays every week on a Friday and it might take you 8 or 9 days for the money to hit your account. Completely unacceptable has were paying for the gas out of the driver's pocket to deliver students for ride along. And then when you called and try to find out where your paycheck is they act like you're a nuisance Two out of eight paychecks showed up on time. The rest of checks where 7 to 10 days after payday before you get paid and you have to pull teeth to get that Don't work for these people!

    This service is a scam...they collected deposits from several families at my child's ** school. They claimed to be doing a driver background check for several weeks after the service was scheduled to begin, and when they finally did offer a driver it was for an inane route which would have required a 6am pickup time and close to two hours in the car for many students on the route. Several families have tried and failed to receive refunds for their deposits for several months. The company has long since stopped responding. We are engaging a collection agency.

    THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. They were contracted to take my kids to and from school. They didn't show up for the first day of school, notifying us 15 minutes AFTER our contracted pickup time that they did not have a driver. For over 2 weeks they did not provide any transportation, after which time we cancelled our contract. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They told us we would receive a refund since they never delivered a single day of service. It's been over 2 months and we have not received our refund. Beware of this company.Zero Stars.

    Zero stars. Company/owner lacks professionalism on ever level. The lack of preparation and customer service. No plan prior to school starting. Lack of communication during and after cancelling service with them. Requested refund for services not provided. Still no response and have not refunded money. It's been almost a month since cancellation. Stay away from this company.
