  This company does not stand behind their word. I have a puppy and had to purchase simparica trio on a month to month basis because her weight was changing. I contacted the company after I got the first dose. I have an email from them stating they would honor my monthly purchases for 6 months. When I submitted my invoices with a copy of their email they denied my claim. 3 times I have contacted them and I get the same response.

  I made a purchase in May 2022 at my local veterinary office for six doses of Simp Perica trio. I have two dogs in the same weight class and the invoice was listed as three doses for each. I was told at the vet office that by purchasing this many I would receive some sort of reward and to file a claim Through this company. I followed up with the claim uploaded And was told it was Did not purchase six doses. I did purchase six, the invoice just separated them by two different dogs, and therefore I was denied. This is unethical and fraudulent, I do not control how the Vet list the purchase, however, I was encouraged to purchase a higher quantity of this product so that I would get the reward for future purchases. **************** with this company did not care and told me that I did not purchase six of them, however, I very clearly did as it is on my invoice, it is just separated out by two different dogs. I would welcome a call from this company to make the situation right as I work in the rescue world and have several dogs, this is very disappointing when the price point of these products is already absolutely astronomical. To be deceived into purchasing a high quantity, only to be denied The promised coupon, is downright fraudulent business practice, and it shouldnt be allowed.

  The medication is alright my dogs don't have symptoms, but their rewards program ****. Every time I submit a receipt it gets denied. They don't want people to save money. I've submitted the same receipt two times and it got denied, just tried a third time. They denied another one prior to that. It's ridiculous. If you don't want people to save money then don't offer a rewards program.

  This seemed like a great program until you try to submit a receipt or even verify your account! I signed up, submitted invoices and only to get denied and then told my account need more information and my receipts (FROM MY VET) were not enough proof of purchase! SCAM SCAM SCAM and ill be sure to review you on all social media as well as ****** and BBB if you are with them. This could have been so simple but now you loose a customer and gain a ton of bad publicity.

  I bought the Terramycin eye ointment for cats and it did a magnificent job of clearing up her eye infection. I'm not into all the rewards and stuff,I just needed something for her eye and I now will not be without this product in my cats first aid kit. Thank you for an excellent product please don't change it and keep up the great work.
