      PNY knockoffs are cheaply made with a 3 year warranty that turns into 1 when you get scammed with one of their cheaply made, low quality manufacturing of ****** Geoforce graphic cards that comes in pre built *********** PCs. They will deny you any service to failing electronics because they take 66% of your warranty away to protect their profits. Greedy evil people who take the name of a company like ****** and make low quality material cards that fail right after 1 year. Then they tell you that you are out of warranty and the warranty is held by *********** who downgrades your warranty too 1 year.They are a scamming c*** company that should have been out of business years ago. Don't buy PNY manufactured graphic cards...look for a gigabyte or ****** manufactured card when buying a ************************* are frauds making policies to steal your livelihood while they count their stock.I highly recommend never buying from this company or buying prebuilds as you buy a knockoff cheaply made piece of garbage that steals 2 out of your 3 years on your $1500 graphic card. **** AND FRAUDS run this company. Stay away doing business with these bums.

      We have purchased SSD numerous times with no issues, we encountered our first issue when our last order on 6/27 had an error message but charged my card. I have been reaching out every day probably 4 times a day to get a hold of someone at their ******* number but no response, just some automated message that transfers you to extensions that are not valid and hangs up. I have reached out to Tech support and they were very helpful but unfortunately they work in teams and do not have direct extensions or a way to transfer. Today is 7/01 and this issue is still not resolve, and we are yet to receive an update from their customer service team since they are the only ones who can figure out the issue. I will not be purchasing from them in the future and it's unfortunate since their SSD have the least failure rate for our Corportation.

      Genuinely upset this this company. I have purchased hundreds of PNY video cards over the years as a system integrator. They work great right up until they don't, and the company has absolutely zero interest in handling **** or warranty claims. In a recent batch of RTX ****ti cards bought from Amazon, 2 of the 4 cards arrived with visual defects on screen including artifacting. These are visually brand new cards with absolutely no use.We provide the specific serial number, high resolution pictures, original packaging, and invoices, yet PNY customer support always has the same reply, "We are unable to verify the source of your PNY product and can not offer warranty." These are brand new cards purchased from Amazon, sold by Amazon.Luckily, in this instance we were able to return directly to Amazon and get refunded. But I would strongly avoid PNY in the future due to this horrible RMA experience. Their customer service representative "*****" was very unhelpful considering we provided all of the information up front and the content of their response basically said your warrant is void.Think twice before purchasing an expensive PNY product such as video card. Their warranty is nowhere up to the level of standard as some other brands.

      SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! Bought an SSD from them and I had over 500gb of data stored on it. After about 1 week of use the computer stopped finding the drive. PNY said that its a bad drive and that it needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. They then proceeded to charge ME to ship the new drive out!! I said that I shouldn't have to pay for a warranty claim issue caused by YOUR product. They said that was the overnight charge and they could mail it ground for free. They should be doing everything in their power to remedy the situation and get me a new drive ASAP and absorb all charges involved, that's what a standup company would do. I lost ALL MY DATA and they still charged me for a new drive!! BS!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!
