    We have been on ******** for over 20 years and in the past have come across medical insurance agents that have behaved more like auto salespersons rather than responsible individuals who understand the importance of medical benefit for seniors: old, frail and handicapped people.Once you register with them, they take it for granted that you will continue to be on the same plan and if called tell you that the Plan you have is the best and to await the renewal ID that come automatically when one does not make any changes.Then came Joshua ***** in our life. A straightforward, honest young man, he does not go around getting new clients like the rest but instead before the renewal period, we received a letter from his company requesting us that he was at our service and would drop in to explain not only in new changes that would come for the next year but even discuss various other options including medical insurances offered by other companies that *** better fit the present needs of ours today.Joshua dropped at our residence at appointed time, took time to learn what has changed in our medical requirements as also pointed out the changes that would take place if we were to continue with the present Plan.By the way, during the year we were not happy about the copay being charged to us for stress tests etc. and **** was there to assist, explain and do the needful. It's like having a family member around to help us in times of need.As usual, he takes care of everything right away and our yearly meeting with him does not end with just a 'thank you,' but a sincere 'G'd bless you, Joshua.'******************* Former Editor of a newspaper from ********.
