    July 2024 we contract with ***** in Hamilton NJ to remodel our kitchen.The countertop installers assigned to us based on the countertop we picked was Topline in Pennsauken NJ. Before leaving for vacation in early August, I spoke with Laura from Topline & she explained the process. She said once the cabinets were installed someone from their company would come out to measure & make a template for the countertops. Since we knew the granite we wanted she told me we could pick our slabs & that would expedite the process, making the wait time between measure & install shorter. I asked where we needed to go.She said ******* in Phila. She gave me their name, address & phone number. We went to ******* on Aug19.& picked 2 slabs as Laura said pick 2 even if we only need 1 just in case so there would be enough & it would match. ***** calls the pattern Moon River, ******* called it Ornamental White. It looked the same. ******* notified Topline of our selection as did I in an email when we got home. Crickets, no response. Pat from Topline was the person who came out to measure & make the template on Sept9 From the start he was rude & condescending telling my husband there would be extra charges & fees. These were all things that were included in our contracted price with *****. He also tried to sell us an overpriced sink( $500) as he did not like the one we had purchased. The next day we get an email from Topline asking us to sign a waiver that the slab pictured may not be the exact slab we get. We already picked 2 slabs, what kind of crap are they pulling? My husband calls & they tell him THEY DONT USE *******! They said we never told you to go there. We go to ***** & the salesman calls, speaks to Laura who denies ever speaking to me, or telling me to go to *******. How would we have known to go there unless she told us We cancel our contract, ***** refunds the deposit paid less the $120 template fee. We never got a template! I want the $120 fee as they were paid by *****.

    May 2023 we had a kitchen installed by ***** from Whitehall **. They contracted the counter top out to **************** located ************************** **********, ** *****. Counter was delayed due to company cracking the first one before it left the shop, so they say. July 13th the counter top was installed by ****************. After installers left the counter top appeared to have a deep crack line, not very noticeable unless youre on top of it. Also a chip is noticeable on the edge. My wife called Top Line with in a week several times finally getting someone and was told to send pictures. After she sent them Top Line told her their pictures didnt show the crack but it did show the ********* line told my wife we must of hit something on the counter. Which couldnt have seen farther from the truth, we were not using the kitchen yet. Recently my wife tried to find out what what was up with our complaint and they told her its been over 2 months and we didnt report the issue, so basically tough luck. At this point depending on Top Lines response we will be seeking a civil case. Thank you for your attention in this matter. ***********************
