    Can't I leave no stars. Terrible. They came out to measure the countertops and then told us that the material we wanted wasn't available. And then charged us for the measuring. If we knew they didn't have the material we wanted, we would not have had them come out to measure. And when I called, they were horribly rude. Don't use them. The company we ended up using checked the inventory before sending anyone out to measure. They even sent photos of the different slab options.

    **************** was subcontracted out to install countertops I bought from ************** During install a light fixture was broken. Before the install it was not broken. I was ignored for months and had to fix the light with my own time and money.I left a review on ******* the owner responded with bizarre accusations. He said my electricians were unlicensed. He would have no way of knowing who my GC's electricians were. But they were licensed and the work was inspected and approved by the city.I don't believe the owner of this company cares to remedy issues with his product or respond to clients' complaints. He can be unprofessional, rude, and untruthful. Frankly I don't know how he is still in business.

    After renovating homes and apartments for over ************************************************************************ the building trades. After clearing my schedule for the installation date, I received a call late afternoon of the day before the scheduled installation that they had not loaded my countertop onto the truck. I had to clear another day of my schedule for installation. The tech arrived and installed part of the countertop. He informed me that the person who measured for the template measured wrong and the backsplash would not fit the kitchen. A THIRD installation appointment would have to be scheduled. The tech told me his office would call to schedule the THIRD installation appointment. After waiting SIX WEEKS with no contact, I started calling the office. The office staff were EXTREMELY rude and uncooperative. Finally, after filing a claim with *****, an appointment was scheduled. The tech did not show up for this appointment. After dealing with the rude office staff again another installation appointment was scheduled. The countertop installation was finally completed 2 months after it was started.Be warned this is a very unprofessional company to deal with.
