    Went to buy gas .gave credit card and said $30 regular .He filled tank ang charged $38.61.I put a certain amount on this credit card for gas and shopping.When I ask for a set amount i want just that.Agent is on phone paying no attention to you .He rudely said he was sorry.This is the second time it happened.I also go to the delta gas at ******************** in ****** .On Sept 29 I asked for $10 regular .He filled take and charged me $19.84 .My wife has also had the same experience with this station.They are on the phone not paying attention to what they are doing .When you question them they are rude . this needs to stop.You can't (at least I can't find a contact for delta)

    As a small business, we take great care of our customers and treat them with respect. We have been in this location for 7 years and haven't dealt with an issue like this. We are always present for our customers to help take care of their needs. Unfortunately, we weren't contacted or informed of this occurrence. There is a phone number at the location to contact the owner to discuss any kind of problems. We cannot resolve issues if we aren't made aware of it. The customer can contact ** or come to the location to discuss the issue, and if there is evidence (from the customer) such as a bank statement, credit card statement, etc. that shows that it was overcharged at our location *************************************************. We can work with the customer. Please keep in mind that not every Delta Gas Station in ******, ** is owned by the same owner. So, we, as the owner, at ************************************************* can only speak for ourselves. Thank you and have a great rest of your day.
