    After online research through my financial institution's website, I landed on the Ramsey Infiniti site. They had a certified preowned QX50, currently on its 16th week of sitting on their lot. I called and spoke with ****** on 9/03/2024 and he assured me that the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I explained that my father and I were bringing our own financing from our credit union and he was on board. Fast forward to earlier today, ****** reached out to me and asked me for our financing confirmation and the stock number of the vehicle. I had to go to their website to obtain the stock number and upon doing so, I noticed the price of the car had been changed to reflect a $4500 increase! I sent the price history and the information ****** requested, inquiring about the increase (in hopes this was an error/typo and not a price ***** for big bank kick-back). I never received an email back confirming receipt. With no response to my email addressing my concern, he thought I would just drive for over an hour out of desperation to discover that "anomaly". I called after work and spoke with ****** and received more than confirmation of receipt! He proceeded to ask me again about using in-house financing and then attempted to convince me since the price was increased, there wasn't much he could do about that and the increase was "automated" based on KBB value and was beyond their control insinuating the price was changed automatically on their site. This isn't my first time buying a car, so I called them on their sleezy tactics! The vehicle consistently had price decreases over the course of 3 months and moreover, no other vehicle on that lot had an increase this week except the one I was interested in. He quickly defended them, stating "that is bad practice, and they would never do that"! However, like I stated, I reviewed the price history on EVERY vehicle they currently have on their lot and not one had a price increase over the last week expect that one!

    The sale on the car was ok however service on the car when it had a problem was a terrible experience never again. They didnt offer a loner car having me out of a car for weeks nor did they try to help me in any way.And this was just a few months after getting the car and they treated me like I wasnt even a customer. Worst experience ever wouldnt recommend this place at all.

    Scamming and fraud. I lm just going to keep it short they never fixed my car held it at their shop for several weeks just for a small job. ** charged me insane amounts. Stole my engine cover never did the job took my money and then lied to corporate saying that **** did something to my car thats a complete lie when my paperwork says what really happened. They also lost my keys and refused to give me a new pair until I took my yelp review on how bad the business is. Never got my keys they know what they did and I have text to prove he said I cant get the keys the owe me unroll I take me review down

    They ****** charged me for the services and charged me for a aftermarket part (ALTERNATOR) car quest part not from infiniti and another time charged me for part that was misdiagnosed by mechanic I want a full refund on the part that was misdiagnosed because it was something else and I want at least a portion of money for the services and for putting a after market part in my car.
