    *** and his team helped me out in a big way. After being in the hospital for the birth of my daughter, we got home and I attempted to do laundry for the first time only to discover my basement sink over flowing and water on the floor. *** quickly responded to my post on Next Door and fixed the problem immediately.     I hired this company to come out and do some electrical and plumbing in my kitchen. The tasks I was requesting to have done were recess lighting, 2 outlets installed for a garbage disposal and just to have an extra outlet for the counter. The plumbing I needed a waterline to the fridge and for our old valves behind our washer to be replaced. *** was the person I dealt with during my process about all the plans and what needed to be done. He said he could start on Tuesday. It was one day worth of work and he had his guy do all of the electrical and plumbing. After all the work was finished we did a walkthrough of what was done and it seemed to be good. Mind you, I havent been living in my house due to the kitchen renovation so I havent bothered to stop by the house until Saturday. I walk into my kitchen and see that theres water seeping into my kitchen from the utility room and found out that my pipe was leaking from the hot water heater. I brought it to dans attention and he tried to say that it wasnt there fault and tried to blame it on the valve/unit being old. My hot water heater is not that old and he just left a Burger King cup under the pipe that was dripping water when they flushed out the hot water heater for the plumbing they did. I have laminate wood flooring in my utility room and the whole room was flooded under the boards. He refused to accept that he was responsible for the floor being destroyed since it was warped and had to be taken out. He tried to play victim when I confronted him on the issue and said their not responsible for the damage. He refused to make things right and left me with having to replace my floor for their mistakes. *** said the floor is waterproof and its not. Hes very uneducated and doesnt understand what youre telling him and a poor business manager. I wouldnt hire them to do anything because if they mess up, youre screwed with paying more to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the time and money especially and look elsewhere
