    Item never came, It was delivered to the wrong city not even my street name! I contacted customer service multiple times but they did not help they just sent me a tracking number that showed it was delivered even though it was the wrong city! I am still waiting to hear back from them.

    Horrible customer service. Sneaky return policy. I am a customer who bought some shoes that were final sale and they ended up being too big. I contacted them attempting to find a resolution as I have these brand new shoes, tags still on, that dont even fit me. They refused to even offer store credit, only free shipping on your next order. There wont be a next one, do better. Truly pathetic. This company has no integrity. AVOID at all costs!!!

Our final sale policy is in place to offer deep discounts while ensuring fairness to all customers.That said, we understand how frustrating it can be when something doesnt fit as expected. While we arent able to accept returns on final sale items, we did offer free shipping on your next order as a goodwill gesture.     I purchased two pair of floafers and received them on 9/14/23. On 9/14/23 I emailed customer support and explained that both pairs were two small and requested a exchange. I did understand that you couldn't return them due to being on sale however, I wasn't needed to return to get money just to get a bigger size. The size chart is terrible, it states if you have narrow feet to size down, however it don't tell what do if you have wide feet either order regular size or size up. The customer service emailed back in bold SALE ITEM can't exchange or return. I explained I just wanted a bigger size so I can wear the shoes and I wouldn't be out of product and money. They emailed back with the exact same email, no sorry or nothing. Will never again purchase them this company directly, highly disappointed.
