    I purchased a granite chip repair kit and the activator spray was completely empty. I reached out multiple times by email because that is the only option and have not heard anything back. Its been over a week. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

    I purchased a granite chip repair kit on June 12, 2024. When it arrived, one of the gel bottles had solidified and the activator spray bottle was empty. I tried repeated to send emails and call the phone number listed on my transaction *************). No responses from emails sent. Phone calls were answered with a recording indicating I was next in line to speak to a representative and then dropped.I returned the product by **** and traced the tracking # that the product was received on July 5, 2024. Did not receive a response or credit.I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Terrible that a company sells products and no way a customer can contact that company and get no response. I would NEVER buy from this company again.
