      I bought electric stow from Samsung. service was including professional installation. Before I bought it listing was say it will be delivered in your zip code during the week. soon as I made purchase they update delivery time after 2 month. i call them to find out why. nobody give me right answer, after 100 phone calls I made and speaking with unprofessional team finally I found some knowledgeable employ who help and i get my stow after 1 month. electric stow was delivered some third party company. they just bring in and try to leave refuse installation saying that they not Samsung and they did not know how to install. since then I'm calling to Samsung almost every day and back and forth they just bullsghit. so many people work there they did not know what they talking about , all they saying is they open up the ticket and someone will contact me. there is a supervisor *********************** he did not even want to talk to me. its been a almost 2 month since i made purchase, I pay almost $1200 and its still not connected.

      We purchased the Bespoke kitchen package in August, 2022 via Samsung. The package was delivered by *** on September 7th, 2022. The oven was declined, they delivered the wrong stove, We were told that day, there would be a refund and then we could buy correct one. The doors were damaged and we were told they would replace the fridge. Everyday since September 7th, we have tried to reach Samsung's **************** only to be on hold for hours on end. Finally, we were able to schedule our dishwasher and microwave installation for Today, September 29th. The *** guys show up and were told by Samsung this was a service call for a washer/dryer or fridge. I do not blame ***. Samsun is the WORST to ever have done business with. I am ready to have them pick up the remaining items and get a refund and go with another company. No OVEN, NO NEW FRIDGE OR REPLACED DOORS, No dishwasher or microwave install. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

      I ordered an electric dryer on September 3 for delivery on September 9. The delivery did not happen and to this day they are not able to provide me with a delivery date. There are two separate departments: Samsung e-com and Samsung applicances. These two departments do not talk to each other and have no idea who is responsible for what. The Samsung appliances support has wait times of 5 hours plus and keep sending over to the e-com team. I have to scream at them to keep me from transferring so that I can explain that the e-com team cannot help. This has been "escalated" about 3 times out of 8 calls to their customer service. Although you are able to schedule a call back, when you do they call you back and you are still on hold for hours. The phone often disconnects.They took my money on the first day and have not returned it. I just want a dryer...

      This company deserves NO STARS!Samsung should not be in the refrigerator business at all. Why doesn't Samsung stand behind their products??? I know why, because they know that the refrigerators that they sell, are poorly made, and the customer is the one that suffers. Poor products, poor customer service with no regard to the very people that purchase, in good faith, these defective products.I was told that if I send the purchase receipt, which I promptly did, that I would be refunded. Now, of course, after speaking with ********, I was told that I would NOT be receiving any compensation for my crappy refrigerator. If I had the money to ship this piece of c*** to your door step, I would!I would appreciate you honoring your commitment! How in the world could Samsung ever win any customer service satisfaction award is beyond me. I am now part of the class action lawsuit and have contacted the BBB to formally complain. I will seek attention from the media, the internet, anyone I know and any other outlet, for people to become aware of how awful the refrigerators/ice makers are and that Samsung does not stand behind their products.

      I have ordered a total amount of $6,576.25 on samsung.com The first order was canceled/rescheduled delivery 3 times. Samsung agreed to refund my money. Today is 09/27/22 My money has not been refunded as yet (I am disputing the charges with my bank)I ordered a second item on 08/25/22, delivery was canceled twice, and hoping that if they have a larger order to deliver to the same address they will deliver faster. I ordered the third item on 09/02/22. I have spent hours on the phone with customer representatives who promised me that everything would be resolved within 48 hours. Nothing has happened

      I bought a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and traded in my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic for credit. I factory reset the watch and sent it in. Weeks later I received a "trade in rejection" email because "the device was not factory reset" with pictures of it proving it was reset (no lock on screen; I used Samsung Pay and a lock is required). They tried to get out of the trade-in credit and have apparently done this to several people (just ****** it, it's actually quite absurd). I contacted support and got the credit applied and the issue resolved, but the fact that they attempt to scam you with it is the reason of this review. Always, always, always take pictures/videos and get proof if you use Samsung's Trade-in program, because they will try to get out of it. I will never buy another Samsung device again because of this.

      We bought two samsung TV's on sale less than two years ago both were from the same series, the un70nu6900f and the un50nu6900b. The larger one was our main tv, the smaller was in the back room hardly ever used. Both died within two weeks of each other. It's as though the life capacity on these things were set on a timer, if you want to hang on to your faith in humanity avoid these samsungs, I mean tv entirely, I mean the past two weeks with no tv has been really great

      My crisper drawer broke while cleaning it. The design is such that crumbs are caught between the drawer and the clear front. They can be seen but, difficult to clean. I finally figured it out and putting them back the front broke. A very poor design. My Refrigerator is not even 5 yrs old. I am willing to replace but the drawer cover is not sold separately and costs over $100.00. I called to see if they could contribute due to the poor design of the drawer and the many complaints they have received per their parts department/company. After many hang **** misinformation, unreturned phone calls, I was finally told they would send me a credit for $100.00 and would call back in 3-5 business days. I ordered the part but, never received a call. When I telephoned them yet again, I was told the ticket was cancelled the next day. No one ever called me to let me know. I am selling my home and did not need to spend the money. When I complained no one was willing to help. They know I was lied to, they know I was promised the credit and they know the drawer is poorly designed. Yet, they cant even return a call. Very unfair business practices. And extremely frustrating to work with. I will not buy a Samsung product due to the unbelievable poor customer service.

      I wish there was a 0 button so glad i switched to apple there representatives and supervisors are absolutely trash they yell at you, cut you off when your talking, and they hang up on you with no call back not to mention the supervisors will tell you what you want to hear then not follow through with what they said they were going to do

      **** from ******************** ***** bad! I was initially interested in getting a new set of washer and dryer through Samsung, then when I tried to call just to verify a detail then **** picked up my call. He seemed to be very helpful at first and even stated that he could get me even better price through him but at that moment he claimed that his system wasn't available to allow me to place an order for me. So we had scheduled a time to continue with the deal and came to the next morning I tried to contact him no reply, then later one he replied just a couple texts still no show. I then tried to reach him over the main number and looked for him still no one knew there what they were doing. With all the hoops and loops so I texted him again and pretty much asked if he was serious to gain my business still not reply. So in the end **** was just a useless stranger didn't know WTF he was doing, and so as the entire company! I won't even consider another Samsung again!
