      Terrible service after the sale. (Samsung and their delivery service XPO)We received a severely damaged gas range August 24th and immediately decided to just cancel the order and have it returned. After many contacts over the past month with Samsung and their delivery service, XPO. Pick up for the return has been scheduled and confirmed 3 times and they keep canceling or just don't show up. Have to keep rescheduling. They just canceled on us again for today's "scheduled" and "confirmed" pickup time. It is now September 24th. As far as our Samsung account goes, it says everything was delivered and installed, and that the our old stove was also hauled away. It says the return has "EXPIRED". All false.Waiting for a new confirmed pickup date cycle.

      I have a Samsung Refrigerator bought in 2018. It has been nothing but a headache. I unknowingly at the time bought a defective appliance. These appliances should have never been sold. There are thousands of people like me dealing with icing in parts of their fridge. Ice maker not freezing. I will be contacting Samsung directly to initiate the process of a full refund since this product is clearly defective and clearly a "lemon" appliance.

      Within a month of receiving a new range, it began to rust. I had a service tech out, and he had never seen anything like this before. He sent photos to Samsung, they are claiming this is physical damage. Therefore, they say they are not responsible and refuse to exchange the range. I have made several phone calls to Samsung. Each time, I get nowhere. They will not stand behind their product. I will never buy another product of theirs. This has been a nightmare.

      My washer isn't working. I called to get service and found out there is a recall. Have to get recall fixed before they can fix the washer. Had to wait 1 month for appt. Day of appt. Service Quick called to say they don't have the part..rescheduled for another month. Called Samsung to complain. Said there is nothing they can do. I have been almost 2 months without a washer. Called to speak to supervisor and they never call back. Ridiculous to wait that long to fix a recall.

      Samsung We bought a washer and dryer set in November 2018. After the first year we started experiencing issues with both the washer abd dryer. We bought them brand new and theyve had to come out to service them on 4 differnt occasions (9/2020, 5/2021 - twice, and 9/2022). This most recent experience was the last straw. I placed a call ladt week Friday (9/9/2022) due to the washer not being able to complete a full revolution. I was told that someone would reach back out to me within ***** hours. I never received a phone call or voicemail, only a text informing that our product was out of warranty and asking if it was ok because there would be a fee. I replied yes to the text and didnt hear from anyone. I had to call back on Monday only to be informed that the service company was hesitant to reach out because the product is out of warranty. Finally, they schedule someone to come in on Wednesday (9/14/2022). The gentleman was professional, however, he left the washer pulled out with the parts on the floor, which was not ok. He informed me the there was a part that was needed, so he was going to order it. I followed up on Friday, which I was informed that the part was ordered and theyd have to get back to me. I called back on the following Monday (9/19/2022) and still nothing. I called back again today only to find out the ticket had been cancelled and I was instructed to contact Samsung for accommodations. There was no communication. I spoke to the Samsung representative, I was informed that the part was on back order and there was nothing that could be done. I explained to him that this had already been a terrible experience due to the lack of communication and that they gave me an extended warranty. They transferred me to a different department for trading and/or reimbursement, where I was informed that they wouldnt be repairing, replacing or reimbursing the washer because it was out of warranty. I am a nurse and I wash my scrubs regularly. Quality subpar.

      My screen protector started separating from the inside screen down the fold area of the phone after only 7 months. I contacted Samsung and they sent me the ************ ** location to get it fixed. They kept my phone for 1hr before telling me they couldn't help me. I contacted them back and they recommended the same store. I told them I already been there so they said to come to ********* ** to get it replaced. I drove to the location to find out they didn't have the tool to fix it. I called Samsung for resolution and they told me to drive back to ************ ** or mail in the phone in for a 2-week turnaround time. Not once did they think about the over 200 miles I drove to get a to not even get the supposedly free screen protector replaced on my Z fold 3. The phone is cool but they make the warranty service soo hard to complete that the fold is not worth the time. Please know Samsung dont have any customer service and Assurion is even worst. This might be my last Samsung product product due to the lack of Customer support. It feel like they are here to s**** their customers after they get their money. Not satisfied at all with this company.

      I am traditionally a huge fan of Samsung products (phones, smart watches, smart TV, etc.). However, their customer service and promotions are so outrageously terrible that it is embarrassing for a company that pulled half a trillion dollars in revenue. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone (and still currently on the phone), almost an hour on chat support, $40 (and counting) in travel expenses, and missed 2 days of work to focus on getting the screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired through their temporary promotion of $100 instead of the almost $300. For some reason there is a miscommunication between their repair centers and their scheduling that the repair centers are unable to honor my appointments. Also, my Samsung account is not updating to allow me to reschedule this repair, even though the repair request has been cancelled from multiple areas. Every time at the end of 2 hours, they just tell me I have to wait and try again tomorrow. At this point, I have lost more than it would have cost me to just pay the $300 out of pocket. Great innovation in products, but atrocious customer service. Going through ********************** for anything is not productive, so always get your own insurance on your products and go through that.

      I wish I could give no stars. WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. *** advocated for Samsung for years and I would not dare touch an IPhone. Bought the Zflip 3 in December and loved it, until my screen went out due to phone malfunction. The phone has no cracks, bumps, dents, or water damage. Went to ATT and rep confirmed it was indeed a phone malfunction. Its been 2 weeks, no phone after escalating to speak with a supervisor I was told I will need to wait and see what the tech repair **** say. They are wanting me to pay $242 to fix my screen that I clearly did not damage but cant explain to me why its not covered under warranty if theres no physical damage or water damage to the phone. me they will not cover the cost. Samsung DOES NOT honor their basic purchase agreement. As seen from reviews, this is a common and widespread issue. My family will be IPhone users for now on!!!!!

      Most terrible customer service ever. I talked to 6 different representatives, and all of them lied to me. all of them told me a different lie for the same ticket. I am so disappointed. This is not what we are paying for. From today no more Samsung products to buy. Neglect, disrespect, and uneducated, anti-intellectual people work there. Bad, really bad. I wish there is less than 1 star to give.
