1 starPlease, I beg you not to buy a Samsung refrigerator. They came out to repair and never did anything 3 times. **************** is horrible and lies to you. I was warned and did not listen, so I am trying to warn others, The fridge with just quit working and you have to unplug it and plug it back in. BY the time you discover this, your food is ruined. 1 starI originally ordered a washing machine from Samsung on September 5, 2022, based on a delivery date of September 8. On September 7, the delivery date was changed to September 24. I called both the logistics company, *** Logistics and Samsung on the 7 and was able to get the delivery rescheduled to September 14. I received multiple confirmations of the September 14 delivery including a delivery time of 2pm-6pm. At 6:05pm on September 14th, I called *** Logistics and they could not provide an update. At 7:27pm September 14, the *** driver called to say it was too late to deliver and someone would call me back the next morning to reschedule. I placed 10 calls starting September 15 through September 16 to try and get the order rescheduled. After the order was finally rescheduled to October 4, which was far too late based on the original delivery date, I drove to the *** Logistics facility here in *********. I spoke to the local people and was able get the delivery rescheduled to September 20. I received the washer on September 20. While the driver was very nice, he was not prepared for the delivery and had to use a dolly to bring the washer inside resulting in a dent and multiple scratches on the unit. Those cosmetic damages are not the true reason for my unhappiness. I spent 6 on calls plus 2 hours driving to and speaking to *** Logistics. After speaking to Samsung once again, I was only offered $120 for all my time and my own resolution of the issue. At this point, I will never purchase another Samsung product nor will I recommend them to anyone.Review fromNicole G.

1 starI have always loved my Galaxy's, especially the Note 10. It was an awesome phone. Well, when I purchased it, there was a thing with Samsung financing that if you upgrade your phone before 20 months, you would save another $250. So that is exacttly what I did. I knew I was having soms fiancial issues and knew I could save money if I got my bill to $19 per month. Thats great when it actually works. Apparently when I preordered my phone to save $40 per month by giving up my old phone the Note 10 for the Galaxy 22 ultra, that also means you wont get a good deal on the new phone so the bill doesn't really change like they say and they keep charging you for months until the phone is paid for. So I sent my phone back to them and kept paying for it. Meanwhile I absolutely hate the 22. Samsung, your screens always break and this one wasnt a screen crack repair, the glass was so thin my digitizer was affected.Review fromDIONNE D.

1 starSamsung appliances and customer service are horrible. Our dishwasher broke 4 months after warranty expired. 2 service centers came out and stated it was not repairable. Samsung did nothing except issue many service ticket numbers and then finally said they would do nothing to help.Review fromTatiana P

1 starWe bought the 5-2-cu--ft--large capacity smart top load washer with super speed wash-in-brushed black Model# WA52a5500av-us, in November of 2021, got delivered in December. It has stopped working. It worked fine when it worked but it just stopped now. Apparently it's a known problem with the control board that was not listed when I was buying it last November. I had a previous ** top loader with Samsung, that would take a whole day to wash one flat sheet. I replaced with this one with the ** listed above. **************** is no help, correct part never ordered, Asurion is no help, Samsung is just suggesting "I kindly wait" and stopped answering tweets and calls. I am done with their junk, over the years I have bought 2 **, 1 Fridge, several phones, 2 drives, 3 Home theatre audio, 1 oven, they have all turned out to be junk. I am done. I will be replacing with American electronics where even if they break down they can be fixed faster and with available parts. No help in sight for the consumer, we are at the mercy of these companies!!!Review fromIgor S

1 starI never write any complaints ever but this "SERVICE" really upset me. First time in my life decided to give Samsung a try after ****** phones, ********* and an iPhone. I purchased a Samsung S22Plus for **** dollars and was very excited for a month or so. After it, I started to have many issues with the phone hardware and software related. I reached out to Samsung customer service only to learn that ********************** is the only company that makes you mail in your phone without any option to have an advance replacement or a loaner phone. Basically, in todays world, they force you to be without your phone for about 2 weeks or more. Seemed that I had no options I sent the phone to Samsung to have it repaired. ********************************************************************************* a different color. I called back immediately and after being on hold for a while I was provided another return label and shipped the phone right back to Samsung. After a week in the repair center, I called back to see what is happening with my repair. I was left on hold for a while and was told that it is only a week and it takes about 2 weeks so to just wait. I was getting really upset since they had no idea that my phone was returned back for not being repaired and requested to speak to a supervisor. Apparently, you need to wait for a manager to call you back after working hours. The manager named ******* called me back and after apologizing told me that nothing he can do to help me and he will try to expedite my repair starting Monday since they are closed on the weekends. Less than 24 hours later I received a letter from Samsung stating this: Service request [XXXXXXXXX] to be shipped back unrepaired. I can for certain say that I will never spend a ***** buying any Samsung products and would not recommend anyone reading this or anyone I will ever meet to purchase their PRODUCTS. NO WONDER they have thousands of complaints. I only wish I would read the complaints before wasting my money!Review fromAnn

1 starI am a disappointed, disgusted and frustrated customer of ********************** products. Back in 2020, I bought a front load washer and dryer from BrandsMart. Just two years of having this washer. it started to make a loud noise like it was going to explode. Could not understand why that was happening so I called Samsung 800 number. I spoke with a technician, and he helped troubleshoot and said I would have to do a small to see if it would reset. That didn't work, so I called again, this time I was told someone would have to come out to take a look and I would have to cover the expense. Also, I was told the warranty had expired, but if the parts were defected it had a 3-year manufacturer warranty and 10 years for the motor. By this time, I had spoken to several different individuals, and each one is telling something different. Finally, I was given a one-time LABOR and PARTS warranty to cover the repairs, but this is where it went downhill, after setting up an appointment with the Service Quick (this is the company that they recommended) the appointment was cancelled without any notification to me. When I called to confirm the appointment that when I was told that they don't have the parts. Now I am being told the parts are unavailable, Service Quick said that Samsung discontinued making the parts for that model but representatives still telling me it on back order. Today, 9/17/2022, I was on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours with four different reps from Samsung, they just kept transferring me from one person to the next and no resolution. They do not want to honor the promise for parts and labor nor the e-coupon to repurchase the washer. They keep giving it and then taking is back. Don't understand how a Corporation of this statue could treat their customers this way and not honor what was promised. After waiting for five weeks going back and forth, I was told again today to call again next week. I had a Kenmore washer for 20+ years and never had to service it. uReview fromwill e

1 starI would avoid Samsung phones like the plague. The "insurance" they give you for a replacement device is 12 dollars a month. with that kind of price you would expect a speedy replacement device. I'm sitting on day 5 and it has not yet shipped. i live alone and this is the only line I have. to make it even worse Samsung will transfer you to a line where it will give you options and if you press the corresponding keypad it wont register. i have experimented with this and it seems whenever i tell them about their lack of device care they transfer me to this line which is basically hanging up on you. This happened to me several times during the long hour and a half i waited. This was just to track the phone. With that being transferred at least a dozen times (which signifies a lack of communication, intelligent planning, or general knowledge about their products) So with that being said again i must strongly urge everyone not to buy Samsung and if you do don't get the protection service. ******* replaces phones much more quickly. So sadly i advocate a ******* care plan over a Samsung(really any other care plan). You know its sad when ******* is more trustworthy than you are Samsung.Review fromStephen L

1 starTheir support organization is completely dysfunctional. I had a dishwasher order that was delayed multiple times (never my fault BTW--they would just not show and then say I "wasn't home", call me with 3 minutes notice and say I have 10 minutes *** to be there, etc.). But the main issue I'm writing about is that I placed a new order for the exact same dishwasher since their site was showing an earlier delivery date than what their delivery company--XPO--could give me. So I chatted with support to confirm that I could get a price match if I put in a new order and canceled the old one. I was told that yes, this was possible, so I went ahead and did this. Now, I'm getting the runaround for the price match. The claim is that I was promised this by the "e-commerce team" but this is something the "home appliance" team should have handled. Now I'm potentially out around $200. Their support staff are generally incompetent. There also doesn't seem to be an effective escalation mechanism that I could find. I have to now dispute the charge and have my credit card company handle this. I've wasted hours waiting for and speaking to phone support.
