      It is very disappointing that Samsung doesn't care about customers and provide false commitment to them. With such a big brand I never ever expected that Samsung service center do extreme false commitments and doesn't care at all about customer. I decided to boycott all the ********************** products in future because of worst after sales service.This is regarding my samsung ticket I sent my Samsung mobile for repair in the month of July and it was always committed I will get my device back in 7 to 10 business days. It is now Sept 15th and till now I'm waiting for my device. I feel that I have given device in wrong hands and it is stolen. I did multiple follow-*** with customer service and then connected with repair center but no one is accountable on call. At one time someone told my device is delivered back to me and when I provided the details, person accepted that he provided wrong information to me. All of this happened on recorded line.As per last notification, I was confirmed device is approved for repair at no cost and after 2 months I got another notification device will be sent back without repair and no reasoning provided for that. Also no tracking number provided to send the device back. This is unacceptable. I'm going to consumer forum for this torture that I'm facing from last 2 months.

      Bought a washer last year that had a leak issue multiple times. Samsung sent out a tech 3 times and told me that after 3 services to the unit it could be replaced. After the issue occurred again after the 3rd service I called in June for a replacement to be told that they have none in stock and that they could not notify me of the restock and that I would have to call back. I called again on Sept 13 2022 to be told now that my unit does not qualify for replacement and that my warranty has expired and that I would have to pay out of pocket for another tech to come out to service my unit again for an issue that arose during my warranty period. After 2 hours of arguments they scheduled another tech for Sept 19 2022 free of charge but as a 1 time courtesy. Not even an hour later I get a notification that my appointment has been canceled. This is disgusting and I will no longer be purchasing Samsung appliances with this kind of customer service.

      Got a Samsung washer and dryer set for our wedding and before a year was up the washer broke!!! They wont replace it because it was a month after the warranty evidently ended when we finally got ahold of someone. If you cant back up your EXPENSIVE products past a year, maybe you need to make them better!

      The US website Pre-order S22 promotion was "$250 on accessories or wearable items" WITHOUT any promo code is needed. Samsung also confirmed by email that it will be sent to me which I still haven't received since the day I pre-ordered.The check out summary also did not state any information regarding the total amount of $250 was applied for making the payment. I also have the email confirmation that I should be receiving $250 credit for my future purpose once my items are delivered. Is impossible $250 was used at that time because Samsung staff "*****" confirmed promo code will be sent by email upon all items being delivered.The associate's name "Fahad" & the manager "******" replied me a total of 6 times, basically just copied & paste the same message, saying that it has already used and ignored the issue. I provided everything like the screenshot and email confirmation too. Don't lie and just ignore your customer. Give me the $250 credit like you stated

      I purchased a unlocked Samsung Galaxy flip3, last year and never had need to activate it,until now, I took it to Verizon,to find it could not be activated because the imei#, was bad, they suggested I return it to where I purchased, I called Samsung and was put on hold on 3 occasions and was rudely hung up on, after being told, there was nothing they can do for me.. after spending $800 on their product, I intend to fight this matter in court.

      I called Samsung to fix my refrigerator which is part of the "recall" class action lawsuit. Samsung spent 40 minutes qualifiying my two problems 1) The fridge wont keep to a good temp 2) the icemaker ices over and needs to be defrosted every 10 days. Obviously, the fridge not keeping temp was my main issue. The scheduled a repair for a week later, which I was not happy about. I received 3 boxes of parts for the fix. Today the repair man arrived and advised me that he can only fix my ice maker, since Samsung can not do TWO THINGS AT ONCE. I am livid! No one told me only one of the fridges issues can be fixed today. EVEN WORSE, I can't open a new ticket until the repair guy is finished with the ice maker repair. That means I have to call them for a THIRD TIME, to get my original issue addressed. There was no manager available to talk to. No good customer service resolution available. ********************** never told me they can only fix one issue at a time (after 40 minutes speaking to ***** the ** rep). They couldn't put another ticket in while I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with ****, the next rep. I don't understand how a company like Samsung can be so inept and have no capabilties in their service department to handle and resolve complaints. The should be embarassed and ashamed to take customers money and then put on a smoke and mirror show. Just awful!!!! I will never buy Samsung again, and all of my friends and neighbors will know about this experience. I would give 1/8th of a star if I could, because I love the look of thir refrigerator, just not the performance or Samsung.

      Purchase **************** range, it said delivered , but I did not get anything even after 5 days it said delivered, there's no agent answering customer's phone call.

      I purchased A Samsung Microwave in September 2022 on Samsung website and delivery date was September 9 2022. Samsung using XPO logistics as third party delivery company. This. XPO offered the delivery date only on September 30 2022 . I called Samsung to expedate delivery date because originally it was September 9, but Samsung did not make any efforts to work with me and XPO to fix delivery problem. The same problem I had with ordering Samsung washer and dryer. Very bad experience I had with Samsung company. **************

      My refrigerator model Rf4287HARS french door, is a piece of junk! Lights going on and off, display black, freezer stopped working, drawer is not cooling. Ice is not working. Now the fridge is making a weird sound and the lights going off. It's not cooling now too. I lost my food because of this fridge. I have had a repairmen come out and replace the fans and seals. And the freezer is still not working. Now the fridge is messing up. I can't use the freezer now the fridge. This is an expensive fridge. I can't keep paying repairmen to fix things and still have it broken! Samsung needs to fix their fridges. Freezer is 53 degrees and fridge is 72 degrees. How is this safe?

      I bought there new galaxy Z fold 3 about 8 months ago and where the phone folds a permanent black line went down the middle of the phone. I called to have the phone replaced and they come up with the (new) Z fold 4 comes out instead of replacing my phone. Ok I accept Im the process of the phone returning to there facility some how managed to get a crack in it which I dont believe and now there trying to charge me for something I had control over. I will never buy Samsung products again!!!
