      I have been trying to pay my bill for surgery performed recently.
      Only way to pay is by phone since there are no online options.
      I have payed 2 times over the phone and both times declined my credit card (when there is no problem with my card or insufficient funds).
      I received an invoice showing my payment was declined, but both phone numbers on the invoice are no longer in service.
      With no possible way to pay my bill, I am worried this will negatively affect my credit.
      Please provide a reachable, active phone number. I just want to pay my bill.

      I had a surgery at a ******** ****** called ********* ******** ****** in Cherry Hill two years ago. I received multiple bills for the surgery, one of which was for the anesthesiology used by Ranocas Anesthesiology. I wrote in the credit card information for my flexible spending card given to me by the company I worked for. I sent it in the mail and never heard back from them. Fast forward two years later, I get a call from ****** *** that I am now in collections for a surgery from TWO years ago that I sent money in for immediately after the surgery. I was NEVER called not even once by this company to let me know that my payment did not go through. I no longer work at that company so I no longer have access to the flexible spending account. I told ****** law that I needed to contact my company to inquire about being able to use the funds from back then. I emailed the company and they were trying to figure it out. I then got a letter in the mail that I was being SUED! They waited 2 years to ever let me know my payment was not received and could not wait 2 weeks for me to contact the company we used for our flexible spending account. I am a full time graduate student working two jobs and barely surviving. Do not EVER use this company!! If I could give zero starts I would. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
