      I made a purchase online through the children's place website..I received notification at the delivery of my items were delivered on September. The 17th left at my door.. there was no package delivered to my home by lasership. There is no one on my video camera at the time they said the shipment was delivered... The shipment company and the children's place customer service keep sending me back and forth to each other and no one will answer my questions or help me. I have contacted my credit card company and now they're doing an investigation which means basically I'm screwed. I'm not getting my money back once lasership says they delivered the shipment. I know what's going to happen but I did not get this package... Not only have I asked them just to replace the items or give me back the $120 in rewards I used towards this purchase. They keep telling me they can't help me call the shipping company. Shipping company tells me to call them. I've contacted my credit card company and they're going to do an investigation just like last time I had a problem with children's place and a shipment again supposedly delivered by lasership... Only this time I'm not going to stand by and just let them take my money...

      9/6/2023 I had to orders shipped. They said it was sent to the wrong place and being rerouted. It continually says it's coming today.I sent 2 emails asking for my money back and got coupons. I said I don't want coupons, just my orders. On both emails I was sent coupons. The orders totaled ***** and *****.

      Ive made a purchase over $300 in separate transactions this one order was 280ish when my items arrived. I noticed that one of the three pants for my daughter was used with the tag unreadable. I decided that it was no big deal since it was just one out of the entire order used no big deal so I thought. I tried my son on his jeans which was in a set of three. I tried him on one pair and realize that he could not fit that size as it was entirely to big so I decided that I was going to take the item back to the store today, so I started looking for the return label and barcodes I noticed in my sons jeans set of three, one of them is used or damaged or maybe not handled properly. Two of them was missing the tags on them with the barcode so I called childrens place about the issue supervisor ******* was very rude no help condescending and blaming me. She was even unapologetic. I would like for this issue to be resolved the proper way. I asked for a return label because the service was horrible but I received no help.

      I made an online purchases The end of august. On September 13th, 2023 I went to the children's place location in ******** **** at *******************. I returned almost all of my items Because I did not need them. Everything I return was not Even open so it still was in the original packaging. We were in the store for some time and when the gentleman was done He asked me if my refund price seemed okay. I told him I'm not sure because I know. I kept some of my items so I didn't know what the refund would be. As I got home the Receipt was missing iteams. I returned things that weren't credited I also went on line to look at my order and there was things that was returned that I kept. I called the store, they said we can't deal with it. This has nothing to do with us take up your issue with customer service. I called customer service she told me to call the store because it's there problem. I call The store back they were rude told me to deal with customer service again. Right call customer service back the guy was being helpful then he put me on Hold for twenty minute and it just connected. I called that customer service another lady answer You told me she can't do anything. That I need to go back to the store after I repeatedly say the store said oh well they can do nothing. I won't refund it with the iteama I returned. I have spent two hours on the time with customer service with multiple people. I asked for corporate info they told me they don't have one and I'm stuck paying for iteams I returned.

      It's been 5 days since you said another manager will reach out to me and still no one has contacted me. I just want the proper refund. From the items I returned. Nobody has reached out I need someones email phone or number because I don't want to keep waiting I feel this is a way just to sweep this under the rug and yall hope I forget about this. I've spent hours on the phone back and forth with customer service and the store it's self. I shouldn't have to keep waiting. I want someones information who can actually help and solve this issue.

      Good morning I am reaching out again because they warranted that they would issue me a refund and they havent not done that and I am wondering why not. Did they change their minds ? Its stated 7 to ten business days

      Made a purchase on August 18th 2023. Items have been waiting to ship according to their website on August 21, as of today per both their website and the curriers website it has not been picked up. The company offered me a refund, or a credit to repurchase the items. They refused to re-ship the items, or cover the difference/match the sale that was going on at the time. In order to purchase the EXACT SAME ITEMS THAT ARE STILL AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE it is going to cost me 25 dollars more. They would not adjust the credit to cover this, they were not willing to do anything about it at all. They first old me the credits would be available in 3-6 hours then before the call ended it was updated to **** hours. Very Very Shady business. Which is unfortunate as the quality of the clothing is pretty good (for the sale prices and not the full price as it is 99 dollars for 3 pairs of sweat pants.... 40 bucks sure 99 heck no!)

      It still cost me more to reorder the exact same order as they refused to resend it or honor the prices I originally paid. Had to claim a offer I had that I was saving for something else later on and order more to not waste the coupon and be able to use it in the first place. I complete that order that day and still haven't received the bulk of it. Which means I'm going to have to go through this process AGAIN and yet AGAIN have to pay more to get the same items I ordered now twice... so either they are trying to sell stuff they don't have or they use an unreliable delivery service as that's who they blamed the last time when ***** told me they hadn't even received the notification to pick up in the first place. Only had they admitted the mistake the first time and reshaped everything I would honestly believe it's ***** fault as this time it's 100% looking like their fault but out of 5 shipments I haven't received the same 2?

      I never received items I ordered Aug 3rd. I called to ask the status and they said it must be lost. They asked if they could give me rewards to place the order again. I said only if I can get it expedited. They said they can't. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said the same thing, so I told them i needed a refund because I won't receive the items in time. She said because I agreed to rewards, she couldn't issue a refund. I told her I never agreed to this and she said there was nothing she could do. I should be able to get my money back since it was not my fault the items weren't received and I never agreed to rewards instead of a refund.

      Placed an online order through AfterPay for the first time. I did not use my Childrens Place Credit Card for my online order. Upon placing the order I did not see what my shipping address was. I was under the impression since I was logged into my account and my store credit card has the correct address for years and the AfterPay account I created also has my address that my shipping address would all be the same. I place my order on 8/26/23. I get my confirmation email that says my shipping address is an old address I haven't lived at for at least 3 years if not longer. I tried modifying the address myself it wouldn't let me. Went online sent an email because their call center was closed. I updated the address on my account right after I received the email but it didn't change it on the order even though at that point it was still under "received" but when they processed it they still took the old address. No response to my email as of yet after calling them now. I call them today Monday 8/28/23 as my order is under "processed." I can't cancel or modify my shipping address at all per the supervisor. They tell me to wait until the package gets shipped and has a tracking number to contact the carrier and have them update my address. That's unacceptable. I've had issues with my mail/packages in ************ where the actual mail carriers were stealing. It's like a dominoe effect they tell me to contact carrier, carrier will say there's nothing we can do contact the store. They'll play lets point the finger at eachother. SO I won't get my package and there goes my money! I know I should have been extra careful and checked everything on the account prior to placing the order but at the same time they have my address becayse they're great for sending mail for other things. I'm trying to get it corrected before the package gets sent and they were not helpful at all. They said there's nothing they can do. It's unacceptable and it's poor customer service.

      I placed an order in the last week of july whoch i never received. I reached out to the shipper and was told about their investigation with carrier. I received an email from carrier back on aug 2 to which i replied on the same day but ever since then the shipper hasnrmt responded. My case nimber is I-*******. No one answers the call. The chat is never available. I filled out 10 web forms but no one ever responds.
