I called Wednesday and asked if they repaired hearing aids, was told yes. I'm on vacation in N.C. advised me that walk ins were 1-2pm. Next day I was there at1. Had my separated aid in my hand. Showed receptionist. She said she didn't know if they could repair. Had me fill out all kinds of paperwork. Technician called me into the back. I told her all I need is have repair. 10 minutes later I was still listening to something? I asked 2 more times can you fix my hearing aid. Finally she said they don't work on signia brand, she might can order the parts!!?? Bad communication. I would never wasted 30 minutes plus 40 miles to get there.HearingLife

All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My hearing aids work well. It was easy to go in and get them cleaned and the volume turned up a notch in one. Highly recommend Hearing Life!HearingLife

My first experience with the local HearingLife office was terrible because they did not have a licensed audiologist, but since getting a full-time licensed audiologist, I am very pleased. Its like night and day. She has taken hearing aids that were hardly up to any standards and made them just what I expected from the start, so while I am completely satisfied now its too bad. It wasnt this way from the start. I can now highly recommend the local hearing aid office with no exceptionsHearingLife

Went one time was told I had perfect hearing, they will not stop calling me now to do another follow up appointment. Staff was very late and I was the only person in the building at the time of my appointment. Waited almost 30 full minutes after my appointment time.HearingLife
