    Terrible business I had an appointment woke up that morning had a terrible headache called their office to cancel for another date DR ****************** kept my money didnt give me a another appointment mind you I live in Brooklyn ** having to travel all the way to **************** ** I wanted a service which I didnt receive only thing Im out of my $47.50 fees because I had a headache smh I wouldnt recommend DR ****************** to no one its about the money and this personnel are very nasty

Despite this, we have made efforts to be flexible with our cancellation policy and have waived fees for late cancellations on multiple occasions.Regarding your specific case, we genuinely empathize with the discomfort you were experiencing. Our team did its best to accommodate your situation by allowing multiple cancellations without any additional charges. However, it appears there might have been a miscommunication, and we're sorry for any confusion that arose.We value each patient's well-being and satisfaction, and we truly regret that your experience did not reflect this commitment.
