  Wigs by Barbara owner ***** is a fraudster. Im undergoing Chemotherapy and covered 100% by my health insurance for one lifetime wig. ***** failed to deliver service, pushing back all the appointments until September when I told him that I was not doing business with him. He handled the transaction through false promises, collected health insurance money, demanded a deposit and tried to make me believe that I was partially covered by my health insurance, made no effort to accommodate service resolution, did not apologize but tried to muscled me instead, was arrogant about returning my little nothing $125.00, had no empathy and consideration for someone that is in a vulnerable in need of a service, does not care that his clients going through hair loss need to represent themselves with pride and dignity. Because of ****** fraud I have been left without a wig during a great portion of my bold head chemotherapy process. I went to another wigs provider and told them the story about Wigs by Barbara. The provider told me that they had gotten a lot of clients with horror stories about them and that these persons are not fighting back. Perhaps this is the reason why ***** keeps getting away with mistreating and committing fraud against his customers and the insurance companies.

  My mom started going through chemotherapy and was losing her hair.Wigs by barbara was recommended by the treatment center. We went and she chose a $4,000 ******** their care plan which cost $800. The owner told us insurance would cover 80% and that she would be responsible for 20%. We were also told we needed to pay 10% upfront the day we ordered and the other 10% would be due the day we picked it up. paid the 10% of $4,000 plus the $800 for the care plan on my credit card. Insurance then paid $3,200 and told us and the business that we have no patient responsibility. However, even with this information, the business told my mom she still owed around $800 which she then paid. Once she realized, she called insurance and they got the business on the phone and they quickly backtracked telling us we didn't owe anything.

  Wigs by Barbara has scam written all of it. This place has given my mother one story after another about why her wig isnt in for over a month and a half. The owner told her she needed to pay up front even though she has insurance and theres no patient responsibility. She spent thousands of dollars for a wig that she needed due to hair loss from chemo. ***** should be ashamed of himself.
