The the experience I had with All Clear Plumbing was so disappointing, that Id like to warn others before they commit to this company. We had $13Kworth of equip. installed in our home from this company within the last 3 yrs (new boiler system, hot water pressure tank, well pump, & well tank). When our hot water pressure tank failed, and was still under a manufacturers warranty, All Clear claimed they did not work on this system any longer and couldnt help us. Even though the boiler company (Energy Kinetics) confirms they are still in business w/ them. Fast forward a couple of wks when our well pump failed (when it rains it pours), we called AC, and again they claimed they no longer install well pumps or well tanks. and they have no info on the work they completed in our home and couldnt help us. In addition to well pump services, AC also advertises on their website that they offer 24/7 availability and assistance..this is not the case, as my family of 4 waited several days w/o water before receiving a call back from them (and had to repeatedly call to get in touch with the the owner). After finally speaking with the owner, **, he acted as if nothing was faulty on their end. When I questioned him about the facts above, he became rude and unprofessional over the phone, and eventually hung up on me. Interestingly enough, they removed well pump services from their website after our conversation. (still have the photo of it listed) Thankfully, we found two new companies who professionally and happily assisted us through the warranty process on BOTH the hot water pressure tank (Regional Heating) and the well pump (RC **** Systems). They also gained a new customer! I would advise anyone who is thinking of using All Clear Plumbing to look in another direction. Though they may install equipment, getting in touch with them after the fact for any type of support or follow up information is impossible, and they will likely not offer assistance anyway. Look elsewhere!

For our safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to people who berate and verbally abuse our technicians and secretary's. We do not tolerate threats directed at our technicians for discounts, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I won't bash you on this obviously unfair review, like you have us, but honestly, with our experience working for you, i'm not surprised at all. We wish you the best. Take care.
