      DO NOT USE !!!!! BROKEN ITEMS !!! QUOTE WAS NOT HONORED!!! THEY KEPT MY ITEMS IN A WHAREHOUSE FOR 7 MONTHS TIL I HAD STATE AND FEDERAL AUTHORITIES INVOLVED!!!! I AM PERSUING MORE ACTION AGAINST THEM !!!! Please please please DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! THE **** WILL GET THEM SOON ENOUGH !!!!

      DO NOT use this company, no matter what. They tied all the boxes down poorly in the truck so that many of them fell: this broke all of the glass I owned. They damaged most of my major pieces of furniture and snapped an entertainment center into pieces when they tried to load it incorrectly.They also told me they could deliver to my new address but then, day of, told me they could not and that they could not and that I would have to come pick everything up myself from a location 20 minutes away or it would be sent back to *** the next day. The driver was the only person there and he said that he could not unload anything unless I paid another guy to come help him. In the truck they also had a bunch of items with different colored labels from mine. These were items that were not delivered to their intentional destinations, and they tried to load some of them into the **Haul I had been forced to rent. The insurance company that insures them, The ************************ in Staten Island, **, then took 14 months to deny my claim about the damage after repeated calls to their office asking if everything had been submitted properly and if they needed anything else. Please save yourself the heartbreak and hire someone else.

      I wish I could give zero "stars". These people stole a bag of tools worth $1300, which doesn't sound like a lot but They also over charged us for the things that were in our estimate and wouldn't even take everything. They didn't take everything that they did take, they had to come back the next day (which didn't come in timely manner considering they said they'd be back at 8am to finish and didn't come back until 7pm) I'm so annoyed by this whole process, they've been so incredibly rude, unprofessional and deceitful. They managed to destroy a $3000 mattress, a nightstand that was face ** in a box, and every single box was just trashed. Nothing these movers did was done properly. We filed with the police about the stolen tools.
