I have seen multiple people say that these people are racist, theyre scam artists & honestly Im disgusted. My car was towed last night by ********* husband called them irate because there was nowhere to park in our neighborhood because he works overnight so he took the first available spot & of course the day my ************ have a pneumonia is the day my car gets towed. So I spent the whole morning driving to the crappiest neighborhood in ******* to get to Hawks & how convenient, they dont accept debit/credit, only cash & no ATM on premises of course. After running around trying to get money after they had apparently told us they dont accept card (was NEVER mentioned in the 2 times we called) & like I said, I HAVE A PNEUMONIA. I finally get my car after paying this ugly broad behind the desk who had an attitude with me as if I did anything wrong, Im mad my car was wrongfully towed & I had to spend 220 to get it out. Its right before the holidays. No empathy, just money grabbing pieces of sh**. Shut down these racists & call the *** because why do yall only accept cash? Poor excuses profiting off inconveniencing people.

I called to have my car towed (request ******) at around 6 at the Ewing, ** WAWA. I called Triple A multiple times to get an ETA however they keep giving me the around and telling me different ETA's. The agency Hawk's Towing finally came at 9:38pm however the hispanic tow truck driver had his wife in the car and was about to help me. However I overhear his dispatcher say my request my number and to not help me. Then the hispanic driver said "wait one minute" (also I told the dispatcher I would need a ride in the tow truck to go home but he had his wife/girlfriend in the passenger seat preventing me from sitting in there look into that) and then drove away without telling me why. I call AAA and I finally get ahold of a manager that says because I made "threats" that the driver left and I can't get another driver. The disptacher even called me to confirm the driver was coming and this was around 8:30-9 before the driver came. If I made threats to the driver than they should have told me and not have the driver waste my time. They didn't even tell me the threat I made. I seek financial and verbal apologies.
