    Took my 2020 hyundai white elantra to Turnersville Hyundai because paint is peeling. Started noticing peeling paint in November of 23. Took car to the dealer in march 24. They took pictures and said they would file a claim. They never did. They said they couldn't upload the pictures. Went back again in May 24 and they retook the pictures. No one would answer my calls. Never heard from them again except when they send flyers in the mail asking me to buy a new hyundai. What a joke.

    We reached out to Mr. ******* and set an appointment to retake the needed photos to submit a repair claim. 

    Mr. ******* visited the dealership and the photos were taken. 

    We submitted the photos and request to repair the vehicle to Hyundai Motor of America.

    The request was approved to repair the peeling paint.

    Mr. ******* has set an appointment with our **************** to have the repairs completed.

    We took my wifes vehicle in for an engine replacement and got the car back on 11/11/24 which cost us $661, upon receipt of the vehicle back, there was transmission grinding and whining. I immediately called them about the noises, and made my concerns known. The dealership made no note of any noises when returning the car to us, and says they made no errors, however the transmission was fine prior to their techs working on the vehicle. The dealership submitted the transmission for a PA and under warranty hyundai covered 70% of the bill, which left us with $1000 plus taxes if we decided to do the repair.The dealership refuses to pay anything towards the repair of the transmission. I called Hyundai corporate and tried to seek resolution, but was told they could not help me essentially

    I have not been able to get a response from the finance department. It appears that they only care about sales. I have been trying to get someone to cancel the tire package on my car which was a total loss as of 2.3.2023. I need this to process my GAP claim. Horrible customer service. I did speak to one person on the line who was supposed to handle the issue and get back to me but no response. I do not have time to leave work during the day when they are open to do this in person.

    The dealership sold my son a car and neglected to put wheel lock in car and when noticed because my son needed brakes we called and were treated very unwelcoming. Now we have to pay a tow truck for the dealership negligence

    This Dealership advertises the ability to purchase a new car on-line with them. After completing the entire transaction and getting a price, they then attempt to add on a $5,495 "Dealer packages". These are after market additions. They will not sell you a car unless you also purchase these unnecessary items. Even for a car that isn't on their lot yet. They call them accessories that they install in the dealership.
