    We have a 2017 Pathfinder with ****** miles on it. In 3 years we had difficulty driving car. Took it to Nissan in Turnersville in **. Within 20 minutes of a mechanic driving it he said the motor was dead despite us driving our car to the dealership. Our neighbor is a mechanic and offered to help and asked for the diagnostics. My husband went to Nissan to get diagnostics. They reported there were no diagnostics done. Guess they have a *************************. My husband went back a day later and magically had diagnostics. They have had our car for over 6 months. They then said they would try and find a used motor for our car. We heard NOTHING from them. I had to call and raise **** for something to be done. DO NOT GO TO NISSAN OF ************ IN **. They lie, they are incompetent and they do not care about the costumer!!!

    We appreciate your business; however, the vehicle was diagnosed with "Nissan Consult" which produces any codes that the vehicle might have. The codes that the vehicle had were camshaft timing and engine oil pressure. Once the technician checked the engine, he found heavy sludge this usually occurs from lack of maintenance. I'm sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to service your vehicle to maintain it's proper function. If we can help any further please let us know.

    Awful. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder on 10/12/23. It is now 1/30/24 and I still have not been able to register my car or get it inspected. On numerous occasions I have had to reach out to them as they do not provide updates on what is going on w/ them obtaining the title unless I have to ask. I've been told several different stories of why they don't have the title. I have been provided 3 temp tags, however was only provided the 3rd one after being told I could only get 2 and rode around with it for several weeks expired and was told they "take care of it" I spoke with ************************** on several occasions whose their pre-owned manager whose extremely dismissive, condescending and unhelpful. I advised him on Friday 1/26/24 when I called in for yet another update as my tags yet again expiring in a week that at this point I needed the ** to reach out to me directly as I was done and wanted the vehicle purchased back from them as they've breached their contract. I had to follow up myself yet again 3 x's on Monday 1/29 for an update. I received a call from someone not the **. Explained to **************** that I wanted the car bought back and to have the ** call me. When the ** called me finally, he was informed the same thing. He said he understood although he still have me a song and dance about why the title wasn't there and trying to offer me money to keep the car of $1,000 and free years of service. Fast forward to to 1/30/24 @ 4pm to him calling to say his boss ********************* states their under no obligation to buy my vehicle back as they've done all they can on their side and it's not on them. Asked him about my tags expiring on Friday as they still have no title and was told "they'd take care of it" again as if it's okay to get pulled over for their issue. Totally unacceptable. I feel I've been lied to since October, no one has been honest w/ the title and I want the car purchased back for breach of contract. My lawyer will be reaching out. Never go here.
