    I have been continually harassed with unending calls from representative of this business despite verbally communicated with each and every one that I am uninterested and that I do not wish to contacted again. I have gone as far as contacting **** **** Energy 5s' Director of Sales on three separate occasions the last being today 03/04/2025 at 4:28 pm who has assured me each time that we have spoken that I will not be contacted again and yet I continue to be harassed by employees of this company on an almost daily basis.

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.
    As soon as the issue was identified, we took immediate action to ensure the individual's contact information was fully removed from all internal systems and third-party call lists associated with our organization. At that time, we believed the matter had been resolved, as no further complaints had been received.
    We sincerely apologize for any continued outreach that may have occurred. We take all do-not-contact requests seriously and have re-initiated a full review to ensure that the individuals information is permanently removed and that no future contact will be made.
    We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to correct this.
