    I contracted the business to tailor a Mother of the Bride wedding dress. I paid a $200 consultation fee and was fitted in August 2022. After being fitted I was informed that I would receive digital swatches, which were coming from her LA distributor to choose from. But, I had to give a 75% deposit and accept the contract for the process to begin. The payment was made, I was promised a receipt, for which I did not receive. Nor have I ever received the swatches to make my selection. I have contacted the owner by text given several reasons of what was happening. Again, promised a receipt which I have not received. During the initial consultation I was informed that I would need to pick the dress up by 10/30/22 as the owner was going away on vacation. Today is 10/29, the wedding is 11/4. No swatches, no dress, no receipts and I am out of $1200 as the owner leaves for vacation to celebrate her birthday

    We contacted ****** with sincere regret for providing a less than exceptional experience during her contracted Bridal Couture production reservation. Correspondence emails including all of the aforementioned in her message above, were sent to an email nearly identical to the Clients documented email but errd/incorrect by one letter. So, she never received these items on her end, due to the email on file being misspelled. Weve since amicably resolved this issue/err which also resulted in a partial refund (60%) for her completed garment, as well as a garment credit for her to use in the future for another garment of her choosing (in respect to the original cost paid) as a **************** gesture for any/all inconveniences caused to her experience/schedule/Daughters special day! Her patronage is appreciated and valued as well as her understanding for the err and breakdown in communication.
