    I was referred to Jim's **** Repair by a friend and I wanted Jim to put a catalytic converter on my 2008 Jeep Patriot and while waiting for it to be fixed. I called to see how it was going with my car and when I called, I was told by a gentleman that it is going and, "I'm going to do it the way I want to do it!" I explained to him that you should do it the right way. My check engine light was on, and I went ******** **** to have it replaced and it cost me $828.00 to get a new one and catalytic converters can last for 10 years, if it is done right. I have pictures where the honeycomb was taken out of the catalytic converter. I paid this company to do a job and do it right to have this done to me. I will NEVER refer anyone to go to Jim's auto Repair to get their car worked on. I was appalled and frustrated because honeycomb just doesn't come out of a catalytic converter. I would like to be reimbursed for my catalytic converter and the money I paid the company to fix it.
