In April 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints, consumer reviews and Scam Tracker reports.
Consumers have alleged the following through BBB complaints:
- BioBlend advertized a $60 introductory price then charged 239.88. Then a month later I see another 239.88 I am being charged. I did not sign up for any repeat purchase and was overcharge just seeing now for the first purchase.
- On 12/15/23 I ordered ONE bottle of BioBlend CBD gummies at $59.99. My credit card was charged $239.99. I reached out to BioBlend Customer Service (left voice messages) and my credit card company to dispute this charge.
- I ordered one bottle of cbd gummies for 59.76. On the credit card they charged an additional amount of 129.88. I wish to cancel the entire order as of now. The order was placed on 1/5/24. Cancel all charges and no further product as of now.
In April 2024, BBB checked the websites bioblendbiz.com and getbioblend.com to determine when the websites were created. The websites were created on July 24, 2023.
During the course of our investigation, BBB found this business is not located at the reported address in Albuquerque, NM. As of March 2024, the websites for BioBlend Online and BioBlend CBD both display their address as 6801 Jefferson ST NE Ste. 150 PMB 3110, Albuquerque, NM 87109. In March 2024, BBB verified that 6801 Jefferson ST NE Ste. 150 PMB 3110, Albuquerque, NM 87109 is the address of a business that offers mail forwarding services. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business.
BBB made inquiries to BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online via email and US Postal Mail asking the following:
- BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online operations address and supporting documentation.
- BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online Corporate registration filing information.
- Copies of BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online policies for returns, restocking fees and refunds.
To date, BBB has not received a response from BioBlend CBD and BioBlend Online.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
