The manufacturer does not warranty any miswiring on the consumers end. In this case, the vehicles battery cables were hooked up backwards as stated from the owner of the truck when brought in. We offered to diagnose the Amp at no charge . Mentioned the Amp could be replaced as well if it was damaged to due to the miswiring.

I had a sound system put in my GMC Canyon. It was done in 2 stages. First being top end focal speakers, and a brand new skat audio amp which I had already. Second stage was a jl digital audio amp with a sub box of 2, 8 inch jl subwoofers. After ** amp and woofers were installed, it would make a loud popping sound when ignition was turned off. I had the ** amp and subs taken off, because I plan on trading my truck in. I was present when the amp and subs were removed. I was asked if I purchased the amp used. I paid paradise good money and all new components. I cant believe that I was swindled and lied to by owner of paradise village. I know that the amp was used due to the fact that someone elses initials were in graved in the back, and you can see where they tried to scratch out the initials. If I had planned on keeping my truck, I would have never known this to be true and thought everything was brand new. Shame on you, Paradise village and. I cant believe you would do such a thing. As far as I am concerned, this is illegal, and I will never do business at this place again, and will pass the word on to everyone else, considering Im doing business with you.
