WNMU refused to accept the money approved by US Dept of Ed on 1/3/23. I fully cooperated with WNMU staff despite the request for erroneous and frivolous items. WNMU asked for proof that I did not attend my CHILD'S school, but "received money" (illegal), transcripts going back more than 20 years under the guise of an UEH Flag which does not exceed more than the last 4 consecutive ACADEMIC years, more statements explaining what happend in Fall 2019, then Spring 2019. For the 8th time, I explained I became a high-targeted individual that was raped, poisioned and had my head cracked (brain injury) individual due to my solo creation and theft of what would become RayBan Meta Smart Glasses, Apple Vision Pro, Project Aria, and the framework for ChatGPT 4. They didn't like who did it to me, I was told I had no proof. They looked for excuses not to process and apply the money despite medical documents. I supplied confidential, private and third party proof with each request. In March was told that there were 20 others in front of me and that the account would be settled. WNMU employee Maria asked me specifically about that info hacked from my pc. I've reported since January 2020 that my WNMU account was being targeted. Every time I logged in to WNMU their server hacks me. WNMU IT, blocked me from submitting a ticket. WNMU Fin Aid dept never processed my info despite having most of the docs + knowledge since 2019. Their business dept blocked the ability to pay and yet they sent me to collections for over $3700 when I was approved by the US Dept of Ed for more than $20k. Recently almost every university NSLDS was hacked, all expect WNMU and the one's involved in the 2019 heist. The intellegence community, executive branch and law enforcement are aware of the situation, including be being threaten by one of the individuals that worked with WNMU right before my head got cracked open. One can only speculate that this is why my WNMU refuses accept the money from the Dept of ED.

      Business Response

      Date: 02/14/2024

Thank you for reaching out concerning your experience with Western New Mexico University.  We take student complaints seriously and strive to find a resolution.  Upon review of your student account, it has been determined that the balance due is accurate and is the result of your failure to meet the terms of your installment plan agreement for the Spring 2023 semester.  The status of your federal financial aid was also reviewed and determined to be within the proper protocols of the U.S. Department of Education (DOE), based on your application being flagged for unusual enrollment history by the DOE’s Central Processing System. Due to these findings, there will not be a correction made to the amount due to Western New Mexico University through our third-party collection agency.
