On July 2, 2014, BBB contacted this business regarding claims on its website stating, "As the leading gold buyer in the area we are buying gold every day from not only individuals, but also from a vast number of dealers as well." BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Basic Principles of the Code). Although the business responded to BBB, its response did not substantiate the claim that it is "the leading gold buyer in the area".
