  I contacted Cutting Edge Landscape to get a quote for lawn service on Sept 11, 2023. JJ the owner called me and said he would be out that afternoon. Upon arrival, JJ made it very clear I was not to speak and continued to speak over me, I attempted to tell him my needs in the yard and he said it was common sense what I needed and would get me a quote by tomorrow. I never heard from JJ, I called him on Sept 14, 2023 to see if he wanted to provide a quote for the property. He the proceeded to state that after speaking with his superintendents, they would not be able to remove weeds and laughed at me. I said okay, I take it that is why I never received a quote or call back about a quote? He laughed again, I am very taken back by his behavior and responsiveness. It's just lawn service! He quoted me double then all the other lawn companies and the way he spoke down to me was unnecessary. I felt he was targeting me because I am a woman. I asked him to not speak to me the way he was and he laughed again. I then ended the call and made a google review. My review said I did not recommend the company, and he was unresponsive and unprofessional. After leaving the review, He has called my phone, left no message and I did not answer. I did call the BBB and talk to them. Since then he has made a very rude comment to my review again showing how aggressive this man is. I would like this man to stop contacting me. And I have reporting his review as bullying to google.

  We were initially contacted by ***** ***** on September 11^th 2023, arrived on her property the same day to take a look at the project and to assess her needs.  Upon arriving I was greeted by *****, her daughter and her dog, as we took a look at the property out front and she expressed how she is un able to lift a string trimmer and do the work on her own as the result of a bad accident and sympathizing with her about health issues we proceeded to the back yard.  She asked is I wanted to come through the house and I respectfully declined and went through the side gate as I don’t like to enter other people’s homes.  We took a look at the back yard, talked about what she wanted which was weeding, lawn mowing and a large arborvitae removed as it was hanging over the fence onto the neighboring property.  On September 14^th I was once again contacted by ***** as I had forgotten to call her back, and I admitted that to her on the phone and apologized.  She said it was no big deal.  I then proceeded to tell her that her yard would meet our minimum for lawn service which is $45 per week, then I gave her a price for hourly weeding which is what she wanted when we met the first time, I gave her a quote that I give all my customers, it is $75 per technician per hour they are on your property performing the contracted work.  She then said that that was no problem.  I gave her the quote to remove the arborvitae which was $400 for full removal minus the stump and we would surface cut the plant and she said that was fine.  As we ended our conversation on the phone call she said that it didn’t seem too bad and that she was waiting for another quote to come in.  I said just to let us know and we will work it all out.  We ended the phone call pleasantly and then she contacted the BBB.  We have the phone call recorded for our records.  Please see attachments.
