    Pacific Bath will not return any of my calls that I've made in the past month. I asked for a reimbursement for the product they installed and I was told I would hear back from them about what renumeration they would provide. It has been over a month now and I haven't heard anything from them. I have left 3 messages in the past month with no correspondence back.

    Pacific Bath Company wants all our customers to have a positive experience when they entrust their project with us. Sometimes, issues arise during the installation, that require additional steps to ensure the project is to our standards and the customers. There was additional work for caulking and finish work to complete the job correctly. We corrected the issues of concern and reached an agreeable solution on October 11, ****************************************************************** the delay.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The company did not return 3 phone calls which was one of the main issues we had with Pacific Bath.  They took 4 days to complete the project rather than the promised 2 day install.  A renumeration in the amount of $500 was supposed to be sent to me as a way to mitigate some of the challenges and failed promises from this company, although no money ever arrived within the 10 business days as promised - it has now been over a month and no check has been distributed.  This company is awful.

    We have attempted to call you in response to this complaint and have not been able to get a hold of you. We do apologize that the check has not arrived. We checked with our bank and it has not yet cleared, so we have put a stop payment on it and we are overnighting another check to you today. Thank you for letting us know that you have not received it.
