    This business sells CBD drugs and pills. BLACK MARKETING campaign is hired to solicit people to buy *** DRUGS and other pills. This SPAM site is NOT in compliance with ANTI-SPAM LAW due to the following:- Different types of products including sexual ********************* are being mailed by SCAM accounts daily - SPAM DRUGS SOLICITATION is sent through different SCAM accounts - SPAM LINK REDIRECTS are being used - NO OPTION to unsubscribe is present - SEXUAL material is sent without disclaimer - all SPAM is being sent to UNDERAGE users as no age verification is being present - all phone calls to company customer service are being ignored - SPAM comes with FALSE content stating the following: Sad announcement from **** ******** OR Photographs from ***** ****** This DRUGS SOLICITATION HAS TO STOP!

    Also, according to Nevada law the following are required for CBD purchase:

    CBD Gummies is limit age of 21 (no place on site mentions it)

    All product must be from ****** (no place on site mentions the origin of product)

    Customer service representatives department seems to be outsourced

    We have tried to reach out to the customer via phone call and the attempted calls did not go through.  We also, have not been able to locate the customer in our computer system. We are interested to see the advertisement the mentioned.  Some of our sales are offered through 3rd party affiliates.  It is possible the affiliates are operating outside of their agreement, but would need an example to reference.  Since we cannot find the customer in our system and have not been able to reach the customer with a phone call we cannot refund the customer if the customer made a purchase.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You're correct, I'm NOT a customer that is exactly where the problem is, and of course, I'm NOT asking for any refunds.

    You hire third party marketing companies to promote your product. They use BLACK SOLICITATION Technic by buying email addresses from the internet, and sending inappropriate SOLICITATION messages to everybody on their list.  These messages do not have option to unsubscribe, and do not verify age of recipient that results in sending sexual material to UNDERAGE users. Messages contain pictures, and links that bring people to your site asking to buy your product.

    After I reported this issue to ******, BBB, and other internet sources, I have not seen these emails to promote your product. If another one comes, I will report it to you.

    Meanwhile, you're recommended to review and check the reputation of marketing companies you hire.
