    I had a virtual visit appointment over the phone with a medical provider working with Pulmonary Associates Inc. ****************************************************** ********** The providers name is ******* ******, he is an NP (Nurse Practitioner).My virtual visit appointment was supposed to be on Monday, 10/7/2024 at 2:45pm.On that day, I waited by my IPhone expecting the Pulmonary office to call me and set up the virtual visit connection with phone cameras, etc.I waited for more than one full hour close to 4:00PM, but NOBODY CALLED ME from their office, then, after waiting that long, I had to get up and do other things that I needed to do.Later that evening, Monday, 10/7/24, I received a text from them saying that the provider wasnt able to attend this virtual visit on time, and asked me to call and reschedule.On December 26th, 2024, ironically, I received a bill from Pulmonary Associates Inc. for $35.00, which they called a no show fee. claiming incorrectly, that I didnt show up that day for the virtual visit, which is a blatant lie. This is a deceptive business practice, for twisting the truth, attempting to change the facts of what actually happened.The truth is that their medical provider and their office, never called me nor showed up even though I waited for him/them more than one full hour and until about 4:00PM.And now they have the audacity to bill me unjustly for their own fault of not calling me or showing up for the virtual visit. The resolution Im seeking is a final letter from Pulmonary Associates Inc. billing department clearly stating that this $35.00 charge invoice has been removed/deleted, and the letter must clearly say that I have $0 balance and do not owe them any money. I also seek a written apology letter.
