      The owner was rude and not helpful. He held my computer hostage unless I paid in cash - even though the business takes credit cards. I had to enlist the help of Law Enforcement to help me. Worst part is they gave me back my computer inoperable, so I have to take it to another place to get fixed. Stay away.

      The customer agreed to pay us $49 to repair the keyboard on his laptop; our full service rate is $139 which includes a hard drive diagnosis and cliean-up. He elected for keyboard repair only, which we did.

      When he came in to pick-up the laptop he stated that we changed his profile, which is not true; we never went into his settings or software. He was irate and threatening. We told him cash only. This went on Friday and Sunday. He called the police on Monday whom came to the store and said that this was a civil matter and agreed we could require cash for payment.

      We did not hold his laptop hostage just required a cash payment, which he made and received his laptop. 

      We have a copy of the signed work order, if needed.

      I NEVER said you went into my settings or software. I was NEVER irate or threatening. How dare you state such lies. I was professional and calm. You were not there. Your employee has lied to you about our encounter, for sure. He was there when I booted up the laptop to test the keyboard repair. He saw the Windows messages. He saw how long the boot-up was taking. He saw that my Windows profile had somehow been erased. I asked if you guys could take a look at it and fix it. I was willing to pay. He said okay and that you guys would take a look at it. Instead you called me the next day and YOU were irate and threatening to me on the phone. You would not even let me explain the problem to you. Learn how to treat your customers better.

      I am so thankful for Simple Computer Repair! Numerous times they have saved my bacon. As a photographer, I use my computer to edit photos, send out invoices, do my taxes and more.
      They’ve helped with my computer successfully numerous times, they fix my tablet. They’ve fix the glass on my iPhone and several other services!
      They are also the best place to buy ancillary items like: keyboards, mouse, phone cases, and cords etc.,
      As a programmer, my husband only trusts them with his computer as well.
