I went to the dentist for an appointment I had I was told I could not be seen because I had a balance of $728 dollars and until thats paid I wont be seen. I had work done over a year ago with the clinic and I was a cash payer paid every single time before my treatment and my balance was at $0 I was told I had to prove that o didnt owe them anything and that they audited my account and I owe Ive $1000 but they wrote off some of it. I was being charged for a crown I got a year ago never sent me a bill until my new appointment which was a few weeks ago. I kept proving to them that everything I got was paid one by one luckily I paid with credit cards and the $758 for the crown was paid before it was put in. They were charging me, trying to scam me for $750 dollars if I couldnt prove it I would be billed that money I had already paid. They were changing their computer system and have incompetent employees because a credit card charge should be found during the audit and not make up charges that were already paid. My daughter got work done there too we paid cash but later they charged the insurance and never once noticed me we had a $242 credit on her account they actually tried to keep that money because the dental clinic said I owe them money which was not true my account balance is $0. Ive called ******* accounting department several times since I was able to give her the dates of payments and had not returned my calls since now they owe me my daughters money $242. I am very upset that they tried to scam me for a payment that they had already made I told them dentist alway charge up front they never do the work and you pay later it just doesnt work that way. I want them to be more careful because if someone paid cash and doesnt have receipts they will be made to pay somthing that was already paid. I want my money or its fraud charging insurance and myself and receiving double payment.
